Subway — Restaurant in Minneapolis

Avoid this place like the plague (literally)!! The employees at this location are unbelievably rude. They act like ordering is an imposition on them, roll their eyes and scoff when you give them your order. Food safety and cleanliness is a joke, food sitting out uncooled, uncovered, they'll be sweeping/mopping with gloves on and try to make your food with the same gloves unless you call them out on it. They refuse to honor coupons simply because they can't read English. They scam on pricing and the card reader is set up in a way that makes it easy to tip more than you want, when you call them out on it they act like they can't reverse it until you demand they do so, which of course takes 5...

I never complain, I always try to find the positive out of a situation but this was a horrible experience. Our footl were more like a 8inch and we're paper thin. The photos I took you could see how tiny the subs were. Also she only put 4 olives on the foot long, If I didn't know better I'd say due to covid this location is trying to save money on toppings and bread by skimping people of them. I had to travel to this location because ours had been looted and destroyed, which makes this situation even more depressing. It's also funny how a review from another customer was written minutes before mine, so it's obvious they are just not carrying about...

There seems to always be an issue when I visit this location... If I'm not asking the person behind the counter to change their gloves, because I watched them make 2 sandwiches (wrapped and stickered) and then hand wipe the counter before trying to make my sandwich; I'm having to repeat myself at least 8 times because the person behind the counter doesn't speak English... But today was the icing on the cake for me, as I was told that I couldn't use the coupon I had because of the sandwich I picked. The coupon said ANY SUB, but because the sub I picked was on sale that day they refused my coupon. I'm done! I'll spend my...
