Dunkin' — Restaurant in Minooka

I've been coming to this dunkin for 5 years now and have never had a problem. Today my husband and I went thru the drive thru and the older lady was being rude from the beginning. She didn't want to scan mu rewards card and we received the below drinks( 1st picture) we ordered a pumpkin spice lat and an ice coffee cream and sugar with pumkin spice. It clearly wasnt made properly. My husband asked if she could mix it a little more she took the drinks and came back a bit later with the exact same thing when my husband proceeded to ask if she even mixed it she yelled at him to "get out of here" and this point my husband was not taking her behavior and went inside to return the drinks and ask for a refund. At 1st she kept refusing and when she finally gave us a refund she wanted to take 900 of my reward points that I already had before hand when what we purchased had only been $10. When the refund had been completed she continued to yell at us and tell us never to come there again. Don't worry lady we won't. I'll take my regular boosted status else where. We then went down the street to another dunkin(2nd picture) because we're not letting this bad experience ruin dunkin for us. And we were greeted with much better attitude and better drinks!! I understand we all have bad days but dear lady FYI if you're in the customer service industry you should consider being a bit nicer to your 5 plus...

This is honestly the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. We moved here last October and it never fails that each time I’ve gotten an iced coffee that it tastes like dirty water… I even took a break for a few months and decided to give them another try a few weeks ago. My boyfriend and I did a curbside pickup order and it said when we get there to check in so they can make our order and bring it out. Well after waiting for 10 minutes for two iced coffees and 2 donuts, my boyfriend went in and asked where our order was. They said they were very busy and hadn’t started anything yet. In that 10 minute timeframe of waiting out front, there were at most 4 cars that had gone through the drive thru. I just don’t think they care and use coffee from the night before. I really don’t like to leave a bad review, and have never left one before but this Dunkin has been bad every time. And the manager/owner looks at us like we’re crazy for asking for a new drink. I will not spend my money there again. I drive back to Plainfield to get a coffee from Dunkin...

Once I found out years ago something they did when making their coffee I stopped going there but my husband went for the convenience being closer to us. Now he finally said never again! He bought me a blueberry muffin and an Iced coffee for a surprise. The muffin wasn't only way smaller than they used to be but it was all raw and wet on the bottom, definitely looked uncooked on the bottom. I called and she told me sorry, her oven wasn't at the right temperature and to bring it back for another one. When he got there she showed him another one and said see it's the same, it's fine, my employees are eating it right now. I have never had a muffin like that from ANY Dunkin!! It was not fine. She didn't want to give him his money back for it either but finally did and then wanted his phone to take back the point for the muffin! Never will we go there again! The dunkin on ridge by 80 is 100 times better and we'll only go there...
