March 12th 2025 around 830pm on a Thursday night, at the drive through window and I was informed that my card was declined.. I apologized and made sure to check that it was turned “ON” which it was, and asked her to run it again… same issue. Gave her 4 other cards and AND attempted my Apple Pay only to be told “sorry it was declined.” By this time I am fairly annoyed and very Hangry. I told them that their device was defective as I wouldn’t offer a card that was not valid or no funds. The beautiful young lady at the window made an attempt to try and pay with her own card ( so thoughtful) and IT too was declined. My food is sitting for almost 10 minutes by this time, and 7 cars behind me, when the manager comes and attempts to manually run two of my cards——- SAME ISSUE. She says that she was informed that Veriphone was down and that I needed to pay with cash! After all that time watching my food just sitting in front of me and the humiliation of pulling out 5 cards and almost showing her my account balances just to get my $7 value meal which I am sure they threw in the trash. She didn’t have the courtesy to comp the meal. She had rather if thrown it away. The other cars were promptly told to pay in cash after me and were not subjected to the same unreasonable humiliation…even after the kind other young lady told her that her very OWN card was rejected. She allowed me to drive away with a “so sorry”. In my opinion had that of been anyone else she would have given them the meal and profusely apologized. There is NO way that this could have felt “ right “ to her. Poor management skills, but the young lady who In my opinion was going to pay for the meal should be promoted to her position in management.
Previous review: Great speed in getting my item. The only criticism is that the Red Velvet blizzard was not anything to write home about. Just blah. It could’ve been called red ice cream blizzard and been OK. Just very underwhelming...

Listen. The tenders here lately contain less chicken than the nuggets at McDonald's. I got fries with my tenders, and they TASTED like mold! I called the store to let them know the fries they were cooking with might be contaminated or unsafe based on the mold taste. If it's not the fries themselves, I would seriously reconsider using whatever it is they cook them in until it's been deep cleaned. They tried to offer me more fries or in store credit, and when I made it clear I didn't want anything other than to make them aware of a possible food safety issue, NICELY, they hung up on me.
I've eaten here plenty over the years, and I've never been so disappointed in my food or the service. The location has always been difficult, their parking lot is uneven and difficult to navigate, and if you park be prepared to have difficulty leaving because the drive through can make that very nearly impossible for an indeterminate amount of time. The tenders used to be real tenders, and you used to get more than a small fry from McDonald's' worth in that huge box they serve your meal in. Well, not huge, but it seems huge when the food in the box doesn't even cover the bottom.
I am extremely disappointed and worried that people (including myself) will become ill after eating here based on today's performance alone. 9/29/2025, I ordered 2 combos, 2 blizzards. The fries in both combos were off. My dogs won't even eat them, and I've seen what they WILL eat. The tenders weren't tenders. The burger seemed fine. The ice cream was great.

After waiting a ridiculous amount of time yet again the woman working the window was EXTREMELY RUDE (should not be working around people especially in customer service). She handed me my stuff and I had 2 drinks missing I told her and she acted as if I was lying about 2 drinks???? After explaining multiple times exactly why I was missing and explaining and showing her the drinks I received - she came back with 1 of the missing drinks…. After telling her once again I was still missing one she proceeded to tell me to “have a good day” and closed the window!
The way I was treated and questioned as a paying customer was something I have never experienced before. I will never be back! Oh and of course I didn’t receive my receipt how convenient...
