North Hill Bowl — Local services in Minot

Let me start off by saying we are regulars at this bowling alley and weve never experienced such racism by the counter guy. Ill describe him as an older man grey hair grey mustache. And no im not playing the race card here. Im a trump supporter so no dont even think i am. Our service was an absolute mess. One we get there at 11:30p and he only sells us ONE game when i asked for TWO! Me as a business owner I’d never said that to my customer. Two we pay and he tosses the debit card back to us RUDE. Three i asked if he had two lanes available one next to another for my baby nephew himself n he says w an attitude NO i dont have lanes next to each other available. Four i go back 45m later when my 6th member shows up (his shoes already paid for) and go up to the desk and nicely ask for his shoes and he throws them at him like an animal. I really hope hes not the owner. Oh have him read this review he will remember us. Fix your life if you are not happy man. We were here the other night for extreme bowling and we rented a lane for 2 hours. The first hour was just fine no issues but after that they put another group right next to us when the other half of the bowling alley was not being used. We paid money to be here but I do wish they would've used that side first before just having tables right next to each other especially the table next to us they were being super obnoxious. I understand they do it for their reasons but it is nice to have some personal space and one of my family members tripped on this other groups shoes. The last thing I will say about it too is it wasn't even close to closing time so definitely shouldnt of been worried about cleaning quite yet. The food was good though and everything...

Great place to take your family to bowl. Rory in the pro shop will do all he can to meet your bowling needs and work with you to be your best. He is also full of helpful tips. I have not eaten there but everyone else has good stuff to say about their food. I am mostly there for my boy's Saturday league. That is why I have not eaten there, the restaurant opens later. We have gone there for birthday parties which were well run and a lot of fun.

I have since eaten at the cheesesteak factory several times. Food is really good and most of the time the staff is great. They have some of the best burgers in town and a great lunch special.
