I was excited to try this place. I LOVE coffee AND plants! But, before I even got my order placed everything was just ‘off’. The barista behind the counter appeared annoyed and inconvenienced by me being there (there was nobody else there). I asked if they can make a brevé latte and she responded “like, just a latte with milk?”. I then said it’s just a latte but made with half and half. I asked for it to be made less warm like at kids temp and she rolled her eyes at me (call me ‘Karen’ if you want but… if I’m literally paying $8 for a coffee, I want to be able to drink it now without burning my mouth). I figured maybe she’s new or having a rough day?…. But then the coffee… the ‘latte’ was made from a jug of coffee or pre made espresso or …honestly I think it was cold brew… that was pulled out of the fridge. I’m not sure what kind of milk was used, but it definitely wasn’t half and half.

I had originally planned to chill there and drink the coffee, relax for a bit… but the atmosphere was just so toxic and uncomfortable that I left. It was quite a let down honestly. And the coffee...
