Subway — Restaurant in Minot

The North Broadway Subway had a liiittle bit of trouble. Out of the two people there at the time, one of them must've been relatively new, because he seemed to have a bit of trouble making the sandwich (chicken bacon ranch on flat bread). I told him that I was in no rush, but he still seemed a bit anxious. Had trouble keeping the ingredients in one place, was a bit fidgety, but he was trying. There was a bit of cross-contamination with the chicken getting into the lettuce container. At the end, the sub wasn't structurally sound. It kept opening and the contents were spread awry. Eating it, I discovered that it wasn't entirely toasted, which may be more an electrical issue than anything. The sandwich kept falling apart in my hands, and wasn't as savory as I hoped. Ordered online on Christmas eve during the hours it said it was open. When I got there to pick up my food, it was already closed even though it was two hours before closing. No big deal other than being charged for food I didn't get. I called today and told the girl on the phone about what happened and asked if I could just come get the food I ordered now or get a refund for the food I didn't get. Her response was "uhhh ummmm" and the she hung up the phone. I thought it might have been an accident, so I called back. No answer. Felt extremely rushed the entire time! It was just after noon and I get that they were starting to get busy BUT at the same time you shouldn’t rush your customers! I have a child with me who doesn’t always know right away what she wants so it felt like they were getting annoyed with us. The one worker putting the sandwiches together only listened to half of what was said, either that or just couldn’t hear over the coworker yelling to the back of the line what they wanted.
