So I live super close to this Dominos. And carry out is simple. So I do it often. I get off work late and sometimes don't want to cook. MULTIPLE times my order has had things wrong with it. I have complained only when it's something that's ridiculous. Which is 25% of the time. The second to the last time I went I got the one that advertises "no crust toppings and cheese to the edge" it was made like a regular pizza and I was charged $2 more for the "crust type" plus my cheese was charred. I called and complained the next day because the cashier who was there that night wasn't very customer oriented . To put it politely. The manager sent me a voucher. So I was okay at least he made an effort to fix it. So last night I decided hey I'll order a carry out for two pizzas. It was 11pm. They offer carry out til midnight according to the website. Guess not cuz they call and change it to a delivery. So I wait 35 minutes for them to deliver less that .5 miles away. It gets to me. I stupidly didn't look at it before the delivery driver left. Open up 1 box and the cheese is all over the box. So I opened the other and the toppings and cheese all slid to the front of the box and off half my pizza. It had white sauce so it's hard to see in photo. So I called to complain. He puts me on hold. Then asks me to send pictures to his cell phone. I said "that's weird I am not sending it to your phone ," he gets all defensive and says that they have had me complain before and he basically accused me of lying. I replied with "yeah that's because you guys typically screw up my order" and so he starts cursing and getting ridiculous with me. I asked for the manager he said it was him and hung up on me. Rather then call the store again I called the corporate headquarters. They said they would notify the franchise office. Waited all day they never called. So I called corporate again and notified them and requested a refund two hours later this guy calls me and says "hey I'm calling from dominos what's your problem this time" I explained it to him told him I just want my money back and that I still have these two whole messed up pizzas. He said he has to wait til Monday to fix it. He's apparently out of town. Monday morning I intend to take him my two messed up pizzas and get my $16 back. Horrible Customer service even from higher up people. If you want a good pizza with delivery get Nite Train. These people are a freaking joke. Considering I spend a ton of money here in a month then get accused of asking for a handout. Ridiculous. If I could I would attach the photos...

Last time we ordered it was car side pickup-once I arrived the clock started to count down the 2 mins alloted for them to get the food out to you or you get a free pizza on your next visit. Someone on staff stopped the clock at 32 seconds and I proceeded to wait for an additional 12mins with 3 kids in the car with no explaination. They finally brought our food out and acted like nothing was wrong. I asked about the free pizza and showed them the screen shots I had taken to prove how long I had been waiting. I was then told my chicken order had to be remade as an explanation for the long wait. I again asked about the free pizza reminding her that no one bothered to let me know why I had to wait so long. I had to ask for a manager to get anything accomplished. Tonight we went to redeem the free pizza coupon. We handed the coupon over at payment time and was immediately told it would be applied at the end of the night. An itemized receipt and a phone call later to speak with the manager-we were told coupons are applied at the time of payment so we had to have the payment refunded and redone. Read moreOrdered online. Showed food will be ready in 15-20 min. Showed up and waited in the lobby. Was not greeted until I asked why my order has not been started. Online showed the person making my order was named Karsen. She wouldn’t tell me her name. I waited patiently in the lobby for 40 min before asking about when the food will start to be prepped. The only response was, I have to make them in order and it’ll be a while. No estimate on time, no apology. She was the only person in the store at the time and the phone rang so many times to never be answered. This is horrible scheduling to only have 1 person working on opening Sunday for NFL week 1… can’t someone figure it might be busy? There was also no sense of urgency of making the orders. I will stop ordering from here. There is no way to communicate time, availability, staffing is terrible, customer service is terrible, prep tables are dirty… last time I had a problem, my food fell on the ground and they tried to rearrange the cheese and start cutting my pizza. I had to let them know they will remake the pizza. There was an argument and they became very aggressive.
