Ask for Lee, a young man named Lee took our order. He was very pleasant and professional. After my order we waited for our drink the female barista called out a vanilla something but there was no one around, I ordered a caramel macchiato and 2 of their peach shakers. Confused I asked is that mine because I ordered a caramel macchiato. The woman had an attitude come across her face immediately and says thats how we make them. I turn to Mr. Lee and ask him, he politely says I think they just forgot to add the caramel, I say that's fine I'm pretty easy going, he takes charge and immediately adds caramel and acts professional. Problem solved :). The lady turns deletes the order screen, we wait a long time the woman ignoring us. Finally, Mr. Lee asks did you get your peach drinks, I say no just the macchiato, holding up my drink. He walks over and conversates with the woman asking if she made the peach drinks for us? The B ignores him. He immediately takes charge and starts whipping it together. He apologizes and I ask for his name, telling him he is so professional and is doing a great job, unlike his colleagues. The woman was a b, and was apparent she didn't make it because how dare I question her giving me the wrong drink she had attitude complete. Mr. Lee was great, I would only go back if he is working, he is what an employee should be. I have managed for over 16 years, he is exactly the kind of employee I like to have, she is the type I would be looking to replace. Mr. Lee keep up the good work, don't let colleagues like her run you off, you are management material. If it wasn't for Mr. Lee I would have...
Read moreWhile not fairly quick to acknowledge someone is standing there waiting to order; just looking at you while not saying anything, mainly trying to handle and deal with the line of cars lining up at the drive-through, which I don't mind to much, but the staff could of at least spoke to the people lining up inside. I waited a good 10 minutes before someone actually said anything to me standing in line(at least I got to see the whole menu making sure to have my order ready). Once I was finally spoken to they were polite and fast to take the order, took a matter of 2 minutes to complete the order. And it later took only 5 minutes to get the order, they were on the ball to get it out quick; tasting fantastically made, had a party in my mouth trying the new fall drinks they had this year. While waiting it was interesting seeing the interactions between each staff, joking with one another, going so far that they forgot to turn off their mics making their jokes and laughing, so everyone going through the drive-through certainly got a chuckle out...
Read moreStanding in line to order, and I notice they have little sheets that people can fill out and hang on the front of the counter with their name, favorite drink.. the kind of thing you normally see for a charity, or to entertain children. I was disappointed to see that one of the lines asks you to list your pronouns. When I picked up my order, the barista handed it to me and said “there you go baby girl” I am a 63 year old man. I’ve been mistaken for a lot of things in my life, but a baby girl is not one of them. None of this makes it a horrible place. It’s just sad to see the social decay creeping in everywhere. I’m not calling for a boycott just saying, I can’t personally support these types of places. Go...
