Let me tell y'all about this horrible service i just received from this Subway. First of all, when a customer is in the store service should be your priority, not small talk and bad talk about whatever or whoever. The young lady taking my order was so distracted that she couldn't even comprehend what I was asking for as I ordered my "honey oat foot long tuna fish and pepperoni" sandwich. I didn't even notice she pulled out a regular wheat bread because I was so taken back by the fact that she offended me by saying that "I must have a strong stomach." Anyway, she toasted my bread, and still more focused on her beef with the manager, she pulls out my sandwich and asks me, "What toppings?" I said, "honey mustard," and as she grabbed the regular mustard and squirt it down my sandwich I shouted, "HONEY MUSTARD!" This girl, straight up attempted to scrape the mustard off the WRONG bread of my sandwich. All I could do is smdh in disgust. "Sorry! Sorry! Sorr!" She said maybe a hundred times. Keeping my composure, I had to look at this girl and calmly tell her, "Ok, I need you to relax, and start all over!" Unfortunately, the service didn't get any better. I corrected her first mistake with the bread and got the honey oat. This girl cut it open and through it in the toaster and attempted to take my already toasted tuna fish and pepperoni with provolone cheese melted on top of it off of the mustard scraped wheat bread with a struggle getting the mustard all over the meat of my sandwich. "I need you to start all the way over," I told her with the blank stare of disgust all over my face. She took the that toasted honey oat bread that she already toasted and put my tuna fish, pepperoni, and provolone on it and put it back in the toaster. in my head I'm thinking my bread is about to be extra toasted extra crunchy, Lord take the wheel, give me peace! You will prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. She pulled out my extra toasted sandwich and put my right toppings on it, and I went on to pay for my sandwich. I walk up to the register and the manager asks her what kind of sandwich is it, and she replies, "tuna fish and pepperoni!" And then he says,"Oh! You must be hungry!" I squinted my eyes at him because I couldn't believe he came out of his mouth and said that! Like, why tf else would I be at this shitty subway! For the last time!! He continues and asks,"Would you like to add a drink?" "No!" "Chip?" "No!" "Cookie?" "No!" "$9.81!" I gave him $10 and let them keep the change and walked tf out that pos place! They could have at the very least discount my sandwich or better yet not charge me for my pepperoni but I'll take that loss. But the world will know about the whole in the wall people are calling Subway in Miramar and Palm Avenue. I'm a nice person. I might even be too nice, however, this takes the cake. I had to go postal on this Subway! I almost feel bad for the employees of Subway because sadly, its not the only or even the first Subway I've been to where the employees and managers have been blatantly inappropriate and rude. I’ve always love this restaurant been coming 3 months now , I just wanted to say The young man and the young lady they told me names are Darick and Franquil or something like that. However these two are very awesome team for you night shift, I’ve come multiple weekends and seen them two work together their work is very outstanding they also have very good customer service they know how to set the mood when I’m having a bad day i find to have a good night after getting my food at night here at your store. These two are a special asset to your store. Longest they keep positive vibe, and stay away from all the negativity they would succeed far in subway even more in life. They spirit keep me going everyday im at work I just think of how them two work together through the long busy nights. It’s just remind me of when I was young working with my best friend at Dairy Queen we both used to love helping the customer best of yet love the job, I came in for a take out and oh my god their sandwiches are amazing especially my go to Sandwiches the Tuna and The Beast. Did I mention the Young Man Darick He goes above and beyond I’ve witnessed it when he was working by himself it was just me for a few minutes but 5 minutes later a few more customers came in I seen the Frustration coming down on his face but his still had the courage to say hey how are you guys , everybody day going good? He noticed he can’t be mad at the customer or take it out on me or them because obviously we weren’t the one to get him mad, even though he was mad he still was being respectful and calm about everything. I don’t know this guy personally but the days I’ve seen him work he Is a good worker and Please don’t leave out the Young lady I’ve mention in the beginning. THEY BOTH HAVE WHAT THEY NEED TO CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN THEIR YOUNG...

I went to pick up the sandwich and I took the sandwich back and I was told flatly that there was nothing wrong with the sandwich and that the only thing is, they left off the cheese that we ordered and also they did not cut the sandwich in the four pieces. I asked the sandwich be remade and they refused to remake the sandwich the lady working there who told me she was an eight-year employee emphatically told me she would never remake a sandwich for me. The owner walked in while she was arguing with me loudly in front of other customers I told the owner that this was not good customer service and that I would never come back there to buy a sandwich or patronize that business ever again I think the young lady who made the sandwich which was fairly knew her think her first day at work, it was a poor example of how to take care of a customer in front of a new employee and I think this is a poorly ran subway shop. I do not recommend anyone go there to patronize...
