Hello everyone! I was in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program, and I DONāT recommend this school to ANYONE, after they told me Iām on the alterative list which they never said during orientation on July 2nd or the previous days before when I went up there to talk to Aileen. In that meantime of starting July 7th, they made me go to class for 2 weeks. While Iām doing all the homework, I took a test, got my badge, parking permit and my scrubs. I also went out and spent my own money to get shoes that would go with their dress code. 2 weeks later got dropped from the program because there was āno roomā. I was also on campus on Monday July 14th, and no one said anything to me, and I went to the Student Affair office, and NO ONE there pulled me aside to talk to me about this. Iāve already gone on campus 2 times for in-person classes, while Iām driving 99 miles which is about 2 hours for me. I got a letter from the Campus President that said congratulations on becoming a Concorde professional. Which meant I was accepted but they said no thatās just a welcoming email. You need an acceptance email, the way the āwelcome emailā was written it was written as you being accepted. Aileen didnāt help AT ALL with this, she said she would talk to her director and never called me until I had to call her. When I called her, it took hours before getting a returned call which was usual for her to do. She kept saying thereās nothing they can do. Even after I offered to pay the full amount to stay in the spot, I already put $7,000 as a down payment more than most of the students in that class. Also keep in mind while I had to do the Exit counseling because THEY withdrew me it says they wonāt pay me back with the money I put down until January 2026. For 2 weeks now some people havenāt even shown up. One girl in the Anatomy and Physiology morning class replied to a discussion board that was due on July 9th, and she did it on July 15th. (She is still there by the way) Not just that but multiple students in the Anatomy and Physiology morning class on Monday July 14th who used their notes for the Assessment in class which wasnāt allowed. Some of the ones I saw were in the DMS Program. (And they are also still there) They also never told me how many people were going to be in class, and they still let people apply even though they were at capacity and knew students would be alternatives. They would also call you anywhere from 5pm to 7pm not during normal school or work hours. I also called the dean on July 16th and left a message and once again I havenāt gotten a call back from her. I am very dissatisfied and frustrated with this college, they are very unprofessional at handling this situation. Iām also dissatisfied with Aileen she did NOTHING to help fix...

I first met my dental assistant instructor Ms. Lana when I was just trying to pass tests and figure out who I wanted to be. She didnāt just teach from a textbookāshe taught from real life. From the chairside chaos to the emotional strength it takes to show up every day, she gave us the truth with heart, humor, and no filter.
But what hit different was when I came backāyears laterāready to pivot, ready to chase a new path. I was nervous. Unsure. But she didnāt blink. She walked me straight to Mrs. Gray, and held my hand through every step of that transition. Who does that? Someone who actually cares. Someone who remembers your name, your story, your why.
She believed in me even when I was still building myself back up. You canāt put that kind of support in a syllabus. Sheās more than an instructorāsheās a lifeline.
If you ever get the chance to learn from her, donāt walk. Run. Because sheās the kind of teacher who...
