First of all it took me ten minutes to find the exact location I was at because I didn’t get a receipt.
So this morning I decided to take a chance even though I was slightly behind for work. I ordered through the drive thru. Problem 1 started they didn’t call back and verify my order, and no it’s not my job as the customer to remember to remind them of that.
I get to the front and she gives me my food and then stares and asks what I am missing. Rude. Check your ticket. I told her it was a medium hot pumpkin spice latte with almond milk, she passed me a large iced pumpkin spice. It’s wrong so she asks me to pull up so that they could remake my order (yeah don’t let me ruin your time).
So I’m in my car waiting.. and waiting.. cars behind me are moving. I’m like wow how long does this take? I’m really running late for work, so I decide to walk inside and lo and behold all of the employees are surrounding the drive thru window staring at a BABY. There was one person standing by the counter who seemed like she was to be going to the car but she was still talking. What’s worst is as soon as I walked in one of the employees turned and handed me my drink like “oh yeah here you go”.
So Manager, please go check your cameras around 8:07am Monday October 25 to watch your employees hanging around.

The main door was closed because the few employees working were busy serving through the drive-through, so I started an online order (#182) with two pumpkin donuts. I had to go through the drive-in and then I told the employee about my order, which he was unable to find, maybe because of technical issues, but then I had to go to the website (because in the app, the order history was unavailable) and find the order, which is attached to this review. Even though I showed him the order, he was reluctant to serve it.
