Let me start by saying I visit this store 6 days a week for my morning breakfast. I just went there a little before 4pm for my 30 min lunch break and the place was busy. My intention was to go through the drive through but that had the longest line I’ve ever seen. So I decided to go inside. Inside was also packed, both kiosks had people waiting and so did the register. Mind you, packed placed and one register open. So since the kiosk had a line, I stood in line at the register. Took well over 5 mins to approach the clerk. And when I got to her, she told me she would take my order because I needed to use the kiosk. Where was the notification or sign informing the consumer of this fact. And I told her I’d been waiting for over 5 mins if she could please take my order and again she refused. Telling me it was per management decision. I was livid, I had already used up most of my lunch time and now she wanted me to wait another 10 mins in a kiosk line so I left. I called to speak to the manager in charge and all he could tell me is that they wanted us to use the kiosk. Again, where was those instructions being made aware to the consumer? Nowhere, he didn’t apologize nor offered to do anything for me. Wanted my entire lunch and still came back to work without food. What disrespect and waste of my time. Read moreToday, I went to this newly renovated McDonalds on Miramar Pkwy. I was happy to use their Touch screen machine to place an order. I paid with my bank card. Screen said "transaction approved". But no receipt was printed out. I thought they will bring me the receipt with the food. After waiting about 15 mns, I asked an employee about my order. She went in the back. Meanwhile I was seating at the table waiting, since, according to their system someone will bring me the food. Another 15 mns passed. I asked this time for the manager. While I was explaining the situation to the lady, she looked at me like I was crazy. Then she said that she did not see my order in the system. She acted like I was lying. Then I told her that I was no longer interested to the order, but to refund me my money. Then another lady came. She said the same thing. They don't see my order in their system and the touch screen machin did not have ink to print my transaction receipt. When I show to her the pending transaction from McDonald on my bank account from my cellphone, she replied to me the transaction is pending that is why she does not see my order in their system. She is a manager and she does not even know are Credit card transactions are processed!?😶 Wow! She went to the back. I was standing at the cashier with no one els in the store, and I waited for a good 15 minutes for anyone to even notice me. unfortunately no one cared to take my order, even the guy who came to the computer who proceeded to type, didnt even greet me, didnt even take my order but proceeded to pretend I wasn't even there and then walked away.. so I was forced to use the machine (which had no printer paper) the manager proceeded to call out the order number (which was mine) but refused to give it to me because I didnt have a receipt.... but how can I have a receipt when the machine didnt have paper??? then when I told her the machine didnt give me a receipt she threw the bag on the counter angrily and proceeded about her business.what makes this matter even more depressing is the fact that I was the only one in the store and in line, I additionally waited an extra 25 minutes to get my food because apparently one of the workers confused my food with someone else's, AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE!!!! HOW DO YOU MANAGE THAT!!!!!! I am HIGHY!! DISSATISFIED!!! with the customer service in this establishment! I shall never return to this particular establishment. actions need to be taken. this establishment needs new leaders in order to ensure great customer service again.
