Went to this location Sunday July 7th, 2024 at 8:53 AM. I ordered 6 glazed donuts and 6 glazed donuts with chocolate icing. There was some confusion during the ordering process. She thought I wanted chocolate donuts. We got it straightened out and as I was still at the speaker I could hear her yelling at a coworker because she still had her headset on. I pull up to the window and after paying and asking for the receipt she hands me my box. As I pull off I put it on the seat next to me it I notice itās not closed and the tab is ripped. I stop in the parking lot to look at them. And one of the chocolate topped ones is on its side stuck to the front of the box. The chocolate is smashed on the box. I immediately go in and am greeted by someone asking whatās wrong. I said Iām pissed and asked who thought this was ok as I hand her the box. She apologized and said the girl who packed them was new. Iām sorry, I donāt care how new you are, you knew that wasnāt right. She made me a new box and had me look at them before closing the lid. This location opened along my commute and I was a 3X a week customer for the last year! Each visit within the last 8 months progressively worsened. The fullness of my coffee decreased Significantly, the taste lessened, and after a 4 month hiatus to support the Starbucks just down the street, I returned today to find a store that didnāt even look open. The order taker was almost impossible to understand, and the product (Large cappuccino) received was only 1/2 full, nearly all foam, and an unusual odor and flavor was present. Best described as the smell of sanitizing liquid / soap used to clean the machines (Worked in food service before). This visit has me asking āWhere is the franchise owner??ā. Someone needs to take responsibility for this location as itās very obvious that the level of quality here is far from even mediocre, and frankly i believe proper production procedures are being blatantly ignored due to ignorance and lack of accountability by the staff.

Honestly we were excited to get a Dunkin so close to our house but after every visit has not been a good one, we decided to just continue going to the grape road location. We got tired of all the donuts we order ānot being availableā or ordering the same drinks as my husband, yet we both end up with different ones. We decided to give this location another chance, except the same things happened again. We both ordered the same cold foam, yet they were both different. The customer service is lacking. Donāt get mad with customers coming back and telling you that you messed up their order. If you donāt want us coming back, do it correctly. At least one visit would be nice. Explains why itās dead everyday. So we will not be back. Sucks because itās 3 minutes away...
