I had the most disappointing experience at this establishment. My crew had ordered two 3 chicken tender combos, 6 pc buffalo wings, and an individual serving of mashed potatoes. As seen in the photos provided, they came unsealed and gelatinous looking. The chicken tenders came pale, like they had been taken out right before they were finished. When biting into one, we had found that the meat was pink and slimy. On top of all of this, the customer service was inadequate. When we were ordering the employees were annoyed we asked what kinds of sauces they had. They said that they do that at the window. At the window we were not given a receipt and they didn't ask for sauce. The employee who gave us our food was irritated that we asked for ranch and BBQ sauce since we hadn't asked or received any at that point. From there, we went home to eat only to be utterly disappointed. We could not call this location to resolve the issue with our order, and besides that they didn't give me a receipt. They would intentionally pick up the phone only to hang it up continuously.

As they were being made we noticed one of them had a nugget sized "chicken tender" on it my wife nicely asked the cashier to have them put another better sized tender on the wrap. The "manager" lady that was making them responded with a loud voice literally yelling "IT'S CHICKEN TENDERS" she was rude and, at the same time saying she already put more tenders down for our wraps. However the food was all still still out and open on the food station. Long story short we were refunded and are in process of taking our business elsewhere. Read moreDo not attempt to go here during peak times. They do not have the capacity to handle long lines. On multiple occasions, we have sat in this drive thru for 30-40 minutes. Today, with all the difficulty getting our food, I sat in the drive thru for an hour. 24 minutes of that was from speaker to window. I am ultimately submitting this review as this location has issues with their serve times and are not a good location in a time crunch. Their customer service is also less than I would expect and less than other fast food restaurants around them. After all the shenanigans I dealt with tonight at this location and the extremely long wait time, they still forgot the macaroni and cheese for my toddlers.
