Subway — Restaurant in Mishawaka

Bought a sub (spicy italian)here and it smelled and tasted like it had bleach and burned when I took a bite. Took it back to complain, dint even want a refund or another sub, and the employee/ manager or owner looked at me like I was crazy and claimed that the sub is supposed to be spicy. The thing is this is not the first time I've had a spicy Italian and I also always eat spicy food, and I can definitely tell the difference. Anyways I thought they were rude and never apologised. Definetly never going back....

Twice I have sat at the drive thru on a Saturday morning for almost 10 minutes & no one ever came to the speaker. Spoke to the manager the first time & she made excuses & offered a free sandwich. What's the point of that when no one seems to work on Saturday mornings? The lights & signs are on but no people visible inside....

The most horrible subway i have ever been to. Diffrent employee every day and no one knows how to do there job. I get same sandwich everyday and charged diffrent price every day. If they was another one on way to work i wouldnt...
