McDonald's — Restaurant in Mishawaka

Twin Branch McDonald's Night Crew needs some better workers ... Love the day shift they actually do their jobs ... But evening shift just stand around and flirt with each other and act like it's an impossion to serve you... As you can see from these pics I ordered 3 drinks 1 Sprite no ice 1 Root Beer no ice and 1 ice tea ... Simple order so you'd think ... Paid at 942pm got to window the girls there were standing around one drinking an ice coffee standing there... You can see in pictures all the drinks sitting waiting and all the food waiting ... She comes to window hands me a drink and a bag of food ... Not mine I say just 3 drinks ...she goes ugh puts it back ... Turns around grabs 3 drinks puts in tray hands to me closes window walks away ... I honk she gets annoyed comes back and I say these aren't mine.. she gets annoyed even more rolls her eyes takes the drinks back still doesn't even ask what the drinks are closes the window and proceeds to complain to the other girl with her and stands there for 5 minutes then opens window I can see the drinks on the counter she says what did you have proceeds to make the drinks that are also already made sitting on the drink station hands them out and slams the window finally 956 I get to leave really all that for 3 drinks .. get your managers to stop flirting with the teenagers and get some work accomplished.. they might be teenage managers or supervisors but it's workplace and is not appropriate especially when your standing around in a group of 5 people and customers are waiting... Like I said ONLY do morning at this location.. evening is better on...

This McDonald's used to be awful. Long wait times, careless staff. But something must have changed in the last year and a half, because I was really pleased with the quick service and the helpful staff the last couple of times I went there.

They have a nice play place, although the tables for eating families are WAY too close together and if you sit at the only open table, the family next to you is likely to give you the stink eye even though that's entirely unreasonable of them.

The downside to this McDonald's is that they have self-help kiosks and they REALLLY want you to use them.

As a person who likes to limit my human interactions in a day, I LOVE the trend towards ordering kiosks. But, it is frustrating when the friend I'm meeting comes in juggling several kids and the employees are trying to push her to juggle the ordering kiosk as well. The kiosk is a hassle when you're trying to handle little ones, just let the woman order how she wants to order - at the counter, where the employees will punch in the order for her instead of making her do it for them while they stand watching over her shoulder.

I'm taking a star off for that rubbish, but if my parent friends were doing the rating, I know they would take off more.

Also, what it with the weird, caged, pogo stick contraption in your play place? A child is going to get seriously injured one...

Yeah so me and my best friend came here today and my best friend got treated extremely poorly. She is the kindest woman i know and was there with a group of people, she was accompanied by her 2 sons and one didnt have socks on. It says in the playplace rules not to wear shoes, it does NOT say you cannot be bare foot. The employee yelled at her and told her over and over, continuing to interrupt her and told her read the rules read the rules. The rules state to not wear shoes it doesn't say you can't have bare feet. My friend was not trying to argue either she couldn't even speak, the employee wouldn't let her. She claimed that shshe can go to the front and buy a pair of one size fits all socks but by this time my friend was already in tears, embarrassed by being yelled at and continuously being interrupted it was the worst experience in a long time and we will never come back here an neither will any of the group of people we were with. It is disgusting how a human was treated and that the employee escalated a very small situation. I will be calling corporate as well. This is...
