I took my son there to eat, the food was OK not great but also not terrible; it was pretty much-overpriced middle of the road. I feel like if you are going to charge pretentious prices for food, it should be of the highest quality, not middle-grade food. Here is an example: my son and I ate there for 36 dollars so 18 dollars each. The sandwiches we ordered said they are $19.98 for two subs on the menu board they were $9.99 each, but we ended up paying an additional $16.02 for 2 french fries, and 2 regular-sized drinks, and taxes on the meal. I personally feel that Subway or Firehouse subs have better food prices that match up more to the quality + price on their menu. The truth is for $36.00 we could have eaten lots of different places and gotten better food choices. I will say the workers were very nice and friendly, and the restaurant itself was spotless and clean. However, we were there at 3 pm and there was only one other set of people eating inside. I do understand with prices like that, that not everyone can afford to eat there. I did ask the man and his family if he ate there often and he said no, and he went on to say he was not going back, they went there and ate but paid for the meal because they were already there but didn't intend to return because it was so pricey to eat there. In their situation, they had 2 small children and a husband and wife. I will be surprised if this restaurant lasts a lot longer, in this economic downfall. If you look at my photos you will see the sub isn't a big sub, not much on it. They have one added layer of trickery to get you to pay for their over priced food. They take your order but don't tell you how much it is, all they say is you need to pay at the other counter so you walk down ot the other end of the restaurant and pay when you get the final price, you may feel like your invested in the process because you went through an extra step in paying the bill. Just remember restaruants spend huge amounts of money in setting up their restaurants, they know the psychology of the restaurant flow and how it will help them in getting you to pay way more than you normally would for mediocre food.

Service has gone downhill it feels. We used to really enjoy coming here and now it's a once in a great blue moon thing. When ordering and telling my order the female kept trying to talk over me and very fast. If she would of taken the time I was telling her how I would like my sandwich. But she kept talking over me and interrupting. My husband ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and he said there was barely any flavor to it and definitely needed more buffalo sauce.

Average 👎 This was my 1st visit. For their prices and lack of variety with their sandwiches I'd have to recommend Samuel Mancino's instead. Seriously. They're not bad but not great either. I rarely recommend average places and this place is no exception. Not Recommended

Although I have lived in the area for sometime I never stopped at this sub shop until yesterday at lunch.

I go into the sub shop and attempt to find where and how to order a sandwich. They have large signs attached to the walls with all the different sandwiches and other things you can order. You can stand in line and make people behind you wait while you try to decipher that or you can just order a sandwich the way you normally would order a sandwich.

Having been in dozens of sandwich shops and having lived on the East Coast I know exactly how Ia Philly cheesesteak should be made and what to expect. So I order a Philly cheesesteak as a wrap with no sauces or condiments. The gentleman taking the order doesn’t say anything or contribute to the discussion. He just told me how much I/O him for each Philly cheesesteak. It wasn’t an unusual amount but it was on the high end. So I wander down to the register. There’s one gentleman standing there and they place their order apparently before I arrived but it still takes time to make a sandwich. So I wait.

I noticed the wrap coming down. It’s just a wrap with sa slice of cheese and something I assumed was steak. It was kind of like shredded cheese. But there was no mushrooms no onion no green pepper. Just meat and cheese. The guy at the end rolls it up put it in a bag and hand me my sandwich. I ask where is the stuff that’s supposed to be on a Philly cheesesteak. He says well you have to order that separate or tell him you want that on the sandwich.

I left. I will never go back. It’s not a staff fault that the limited intelligence individual who decided how to communicate with customers...

Love Penn Station! Their subs are much better than other sub chains and they serve fresh cut fries with them. Many people go with the philly cheese steak, which is definitely an excellent choice, but they have a ton of great subs that it's hard to choose a favorite. Personally, I really like the pizza sub. Be sure to add the sausage. It costs a little extra, but trust me, it worth it. The lemonade is incredible.

The service at this location is friendly and prompt and the food quality is on par with what I've experienced at...
