Wendy's — Restaurant in Mishawaka

I come here all the time, and the same older woman who works the window always has a serious attitude like she’s mad at the world. I get it because I work in service industry and have for over a decade but you don’t treat customers like that. I have always ignored it thus far. Today was the last straw for me. She almost had me in tears. I couldn’t remember the exact amount my order was (mind you they take your money and serve the food through one window) but I had my wallet in my hands. When she opened window said in a very snotty way what the amount was and I immediately started pulling bills out, she then told me “I need you to have your money ready” when I was the only one in line for service as far as I could see. Then she took it and gave me my change with no receipt and shut the window aggressively without saying have a nice day or letting ME tell HER to have a nice day. Not being able to wait 4-5 seconds for me to pull bills out, and alot of times my food isn’t “ready”? I don’t complain about that. It seems and is more than a bit impatient and rude as all get out. She should be cooking or cleaning if she dislikes all the customers so much. I go to this location several times a week for pop and cookies. Compared to other locations their cookies are always stale or they don’t have any at all! I don’t know why I bother. I’ve purchased burgers from here and they’re sloppy and cold. Their chicken sandwiches are tough and cold, but the real issues are with the grilled chicken wraps. This wraps have been phenomenal at other locations. Every time I get them from this location they’re skimpy, the chicken is dry, hard and cold. I called and complained last week so they offered to replace the last on I purchased. Well, I went in for my replacement this evening and guess what? The chicken was hard, cold and dry again. Then, they had the nerve to not to put cheese on it! I’m beyond mad! I can’t believe they’re ok with serving customers old, stale food! They should be ashamed! Caucasian OLDER heavyset lady with masculine deep voice has an intolerable unwarranted lazy and unprofessional attitude. She appears to go out of her way to be unkind. I’ve seen these review complaints about the same individual. Pulled up in drive-thru to place my order and right off top she spoke with an attitudinal condescending approach. She did not greet us, no eye contact, just put her hand out to collect money and gave change back with a stone face and no words. I attempted to tell “manager” a woman of color wearing the nose ring and bandage on her face; but she was also unprofessional and dismissive and did not address the issue on the spot.
