Cinema Magic — Local services in Utica South Township

I would say I don't know why I keep coming here...but it's the only movie theater in yankton. This may be my first ever bad review in my 50 years of living. I really try to see the good in humans and I've given this establishment many chances to show different behavior. It's like their brains are in backwards. Like all the employees are suffering from some trauma 😢 😫 😪 😩 they are emotionally traumatized, unstable and clearly exercise systematic racism...like most racist they are cowards very (nice nasty) wich I gladly accept as RESPECT because in this day and age all KAREN'S AND JIM'S KNOW FKN BETTER. We went in with 5 kids, 2 adults. We asked for small cups to make sharing the popcorn easier. We had to pay full drink price just for the cups! We went to refill our drink and the machine was off. Had to get someone to come turn it back on for us. Backpacks are checked. No refills on large popcorn unless you have the annual bucket. I get that they say they make their money of concessions but WOW!!! They sure get you!! Popcorn was stale and overly salty. The theater was sticky. I get this is the closest theater to Yankton, and most people don’t want to drive to Sioux Falls, it seems like the prey on that. Full price just for cups because...

If i could leave 0 I would took my kids to see the mincraft movie ended up leaving before the movie was even finished do to assholes screaming the entire movie got ahold of the theater to be basically told sorry it sucked we know of the disruptive trend we hired extra ppl yet did nothing to prevent the situation
