Sunrise Coffee — Restaurant in Utica South Township

Me and two friends came by to order coffee, already knew what we wanted but have never gone to this coffee shop before. My friend in the back had her window rolled down, was talking to the employee and asked if they did a certain flavor for the yuguccino. The lady working kept telling us she couldnt hear us (the music in the coffee stand was pretty loud), so my friend driving spoke instead thinking maybe our friend was just quiet being a little further away. After asking if she could do a certain flavor she kind of disrespectfully pointed at the board and said “it’s on the board”. Then when my friend was about to just give up and say our order regardless, the worker said “im just gonna go help the other window while you figure it out” and shut the window on us. She then proceeded to spend nearly 6-10 minutes taking the other customer’s order, making their coffee, not acknowledging us. Then when she finally took our order and made our drinks, we noted a big straw in one of the drinks without the wrapper meaning she touched it. Neither of our drinks turned out the greatest. Awesome... WHEN I dont have to wait for 6 mins while person working is having a full on convo with a customer that has paid and received there drink as soon as I pull up. I sat behind a customer, me being only other person on either side, for 6 minutes after they got their drink while they had a conversation!!!! I am a faithful customer, but this has happened several times. Not everyone has time to sit and wait while employees and customers have 10 min conversation for a 2 to 4 min order. Passing through town, looked up coffee, shops, and thought I would try this one due to the good reviews. Upon arrival two employees were working inside.
