I come here all the time, and I have noticed that even though the prices are higher than they used to be, the portions are even smaller as well. I mean I never tip less than a buck no matter what so I pay over $7 for a love it size and don't even get a like it size. The ice cream wouldn't have even gone over the top of the cup in a like size. I mean come on really??? This is why places are going out of business. Customers know prices are higher than ever before but at least give us what we pay for and when the customer comes in to complain don't laugh that's not polite. You kids need a little more training before being left on your own. They did make it right, but I shouldn't have had to go back in in the first place. You should have the cups with fake ice cream in them so customers can see what they will get or weigh it out. It's never consistent. I can say the one girl was super friendly and the boy was trying and he was friendly as well, he is just new and wasn't sure what to do and the trainer wasn't training to well and the fact that she laughed and thought it was funny when I brought it back, made me want to take my tip back,...

Felt so uncomfortable with the way one of the employees was dressed. Is there no professionalism anymore? I came expecting my order to be ready that my fiancé placed and the gal working blamed her coworker for not getting it done. Whatever management exists here clearly needs to reconsider who they hire as employees & perhaps train staff properly & have expectations to wear proper attire for work. The attitude I got when my order was supposed to be ready and I came by 30 mins after the pickup time expecting it to be done was ridiculous. Don’t throw your coworkers under the bus. The store was dead empty except for a mother and daughter enjoying their desert. And for management: maybe pick somewhere else to manage, since clearly you’re failing. I’m not the only one with complaints and it’s bad management that makes good companies like Coldstone go away from an already struggling town to keep businesses....

Went in at 8:15 pm 5/11 (closes at 9) one girl was making the ice cream the other was cleaning. We waited in line for 30 minutes and just to be next to get our ice cream made when a guy comes in the door and says “are you guys only taking cash” the girl says yeah we are only taking cash. No one said anything the whole 30 minutes we were in line and we did not have cash so we had to leave… so unprofessional also I’m all for starting your closing duties early but not if you have a line that’s taking 30 min + to get through. If I went back in and saw those two workers honestly I think I’d leave because it was such a frustrating experience.
