Sleep Number — Hotel in Missoula

Bought a bed and it collapsed in the middle and the company ordered parts. The wrong parts came and were installed and the bed was unusable. Tried to order more parts and the guy argued what parts we needed and again ordered the wrong parts. Techs came out took out the other parts. The bed is still collapsed in the middle and we now have to dispose of these huge boxes full of foam because they wouldn't take them back. We called to get more parts to fix the bed but the 100 night trial would have ran out so they told us we needed to return the collapsed bed if we didn't want to keep it and the are charging $249.00 to return the broken bed that came collapsed in the center meanwhile the techs that have come wear muddy shoes on our carpet. I was told to talk to escalations team and talked to a lady named Brie that would no help at all. So I am stuck with a $899.00 base that isn't returnable to a bed that cannot be used and a $249 return fee that was no disclosed and have to clean my carpets and have had 100 nights of not sleeping in my bed. I definitely would not go back. The people in the store also are salesman only and cannot help you in a situation like this regardless of their sales pitch of them helping you out...

I cannot recommend the Missoula Sleep Number store enough. My husband and I needed a new bed and decided to go to Sleep Number on a whim; we didn’t really know what Sleep Number beds were about until we were educated. Not only were the employees super knowledgeable and walked us through everything, but they had EXCEPTIONAL customer service. You can tell these guys actually enjoy what they do. I asked them why they seemed to genuinely like they’re job so much, and the manager said, “Because I like helping people” and the other two employees echoed the same sentiment.
