Review edit: After the experience I had a manager reach out and refund me for the 2 meals that we did not like (not the entire check). I'm glad something was done but I still feel that I shouldn't have had to go to those lengths to have simple complaints resolved.

Original review: My partner and I were very very disappointed by last nights visit. We love Thai and have been doing our own little tour of Thai food in Missoula so this place was up next. I have no idea why but both of our dishes were way off. I got Thai Peanut with beef and as soon as I saw it I was disappointed. It was so soupy and floppy and seemed as though not a thing had touched a hot frying pan. The beef was like it had been boiled and the broccoli steamed. My partners Pad See Ew looked a lot better but it turned out his had been scorched. Everything had a displeasing burnt taste. We poked around our plate and were honest when the server asked how it was. We said it was ok because it wasn't her fault but still it would have been nice if something was done about it. At one point it seemed like she told the people in the kitchen but no one cared to fix the problem. We felt very uncomfortable and asked for the check very soon after trying to eat maybe 1/8 of our meals and the waitress even made a comment saying 'you probably don't want to go boxes huh?' when she saw our full plates put aside... We both work service industry so we chose to just pay our bill and not be difficult but it was a little shocking that they felt nothing was worth taking a second look at or fixing especially when we were being kind and...

9/46/24 Update. Fantastic food and service. My brother and I met there. He had the fried snapper and I had the Eggplant lover with chicken. Both were absolute fantastic. Friendly, nice atmosphere and 100x better than Zoo Thai which in my opinion is a complete ripoff! This is the Thai place for me! Many thanks and I will be back soon!

9/25/23 Fantastic! I will not be going back to the high end Thai restaurant anymore. Our great waitress "G" was so knowledgeable and spot on about the menu and spice level! She was an absolutely joy! My brother and I came here and were not at all disappointed. We were thrilled. We started with the shrimp pancake and calamari. Just absolutely delicious. My brother ordered the Pork Pad Thai. Level 5. I ordered the Green Curry with pork level 7. "G" new I liked heat as I told her, so she came out with 3 different types of additional. I added the chili oil, as love heat! I don't know how new places spice there food, next time a 9 or 10, but my dish was exceptional! The atmosphere is great as well. Forget about the other Thai places, I am going back this or next week. I ordered from here through Door Dash, like I have many times (so many it's embarrassing). I ordered with extra veggies, which I didn't receive, being that it was about the 3rd time its happened I called to let them, I said it's fine, I just wanted to let you know since I have been paying for it. The owner or manager, Nikki, calls me back to argue with me about how I did receive the extra vegetables and my Door Dasher must've eaten my food. The Door Dasher sifted through my noodles and picked out all my veggies. She then called me back and texted me MULTIPLE TIMES, to the point of it being borderline harassment. I received ELEVEN text messages from Nikki just telling me she did put extra veggies in there. I did not give them my phone number to call me back on, by the way. Nope, she went through the orders just to call and text me telling me I was wrong and the Door Dasher picked through my noodles just to eat my veggies.Really a show...
