The cookies are LITERALLY to die for! I have some AT LEAST once a week. They're almost TOO good. ... I have a problem. Of course I know that now, but back then, how could I have known? They were just cookies, so what? But 2 became 3, and 3 to 4... Before I knew it, I was crushing a box EVERY NIGHT!! I thought I had it under control. Until I was selling my car... "I'll just walk" I said. "It's good for me. Especially when eating all these cookies." Ha ha ha! Sigh... I remember laughing. But nobody's laughing now. I lost my job, my house, my wife, the kids, my savings, even the DOG! Sold him for $20. Almost enough for a 6-pack. Oh, what have I become?! Heed my word, friends. Don't wind up like me! Anyway... I need to get to work. Those cookies aren't gonna pay for themselves. Oh, and yes, you heard me right. "get to work". It IS true that I lost my job. But, my new line of work is different... I'm... Well, you don't wanna know...

We really enjoyed our crumble cookies during the Covid time and became very regular customers...... We have spent hundreds of dollars at your store .....unfortunately more recently customer service is no longer the priority at this Crumbl location. Either the orders are super late or they don’t show up at all much like tonight. When we called to find out why our order hadn’t been delivered since it said “one minute till delivery” on our end we were told there was no order. When my wife asked to speak to the manager the manager got on and very rudely handled the matters at hand and she ended the call abruptly! I then called back to find out if either a) the order was coming, or b) if that order had been canceled to find out at that moment nothing had been done so I canceled my order and I will never shop with you again. I ordered a delivery for my husband on their opening day and the delivery person, through DoorDash, delivered them to the wrong address. I tried calling DoorDash and they wouldn't help me and told me to call the store directly. I did not expect much when I called the store because they were a new business and it was their opening day but the gentleman that answered was so nice. He apologized and told me he would deliver a replacement to my husband himself. I was absolutely floored by this offer. I asked him his name and he said Brock, turns out he is one of the owners of the store. I still can't believe how he went so far out of his way on their first day. The cookies were worth the trouble, I ordered the chilled sugar cookies and an assortment. They were all delicious! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend everyone...
