Great food and drinks! Tonight I was given the worst service I have ever encountered, not kidding. Not by attentiveness, by how i was treated. I was actually called a "duesch bag" by the bartender to other patrons. We did nothing but sit down simply and order 2 beers on tap, politely. Then asked politely for another. After forgetting mine we reminded her nicely and she said "i will get to it in order", so she pours me one. But that is when we noticed her talking bad about us to staff, customers, giving us bad looks. She just simply forgot, no big deal, but barked at me for it. She kept saying to everyone she was working on a day off and other court drama in her life. She was rude verbally everytime she talked to us. I dont understand what we did! But i will be back, maybe reluctance to recommend, as i work next door and mention this place often to my customers. Other waitresses/bartenders were great, polite and busting theirbutts. The restaurant is very dark first off. The waitres seemed very inexperienced, bless her heart, I was with a group of 6. We ordered our food and I was brought my appetizer first. The plate contained the appetizer and an empty bowl, I asked the waitress what it was for and she said it was for sauce. I stared at her, confused, I asked what sauce was available and she shrugged her shoulders so I simply asked for ranch. My boyfriend ordered the Buffalo Burger and when it came out it was a daisy flowered stamped patty that was dry as the Sahara on top of a bun that was also dry. There was lettuce, tomatoe, onion and pickles but not sauce or condiment, he didn't even taste it but I did. Not very good at all. Went to get breakfast yesterday. We ordered the basic breakfast and I ordered coffee with cream. Coffee came, had to wait for the cream for another 10 minutes. Sometime after ordering, a table that was seated after us received their food. The waitress came by and asked if we were ok - I asked for more coffee (had been empty for a bit). Then, another table that came in after us was served. The waitress then came over and asked us to remind her what we'd ordered because there was food up in the back and she couldn't remember what was ours. We reminded her what we'd ordered. We waited 10 more minutes, saw more food for others come out, then finally left and went home to make our own breakfast. She should have just apologized and told us that she lost our order or forgot to give it to...
