Hobby Lobby — Local services in Missoula

Don't get me wrong, I love hobby lobby and spend a lot of time and money in their stores. This Fall I purchased 225.00 normally 450$ worth of their new garland. I am very disappointed, it falls apart the berries and the garland itself fall apart (greenery falls off) I would expect for the price that I would not be looking to where all the parts and pieces fell off of. I live far away from the site where I purchased and was in the process of putting up for Christmas, so I did not return the product. I really wanted to talk to a store manager to let them know my concerns but no one was available to talk. Love the store, the cashier who rang me up was extremely rude and unprofessional. I got 16 dollars in items. Cashier rang me up for 33 dollars of items that I honestly was not paying attention to until I looked at the receipt. After I caught it I went back to the cashier to point it out. She made me go to the back of the line and wait to get it resolved. After I got bac to her. She kept insisting she only overcharged me around 10 when she in fact overcharged me close to 20 dollars. After she figured out what was wrong, I had to go to another register to get a refund. I still am pretty irate over the wholeexperiance, but I will go there again. Just avoid a grey medium length haired cashier. Also, get scanners so mistakes like this...
