My (trans) little brother and I woke up with a hankering for an overpriced coffee, so we drove to this location so in could sit inside, drink my coffee and finish up a quick little work project before hitting the road. I’m a full time traveler and my brother is with me on a Goofy Movie-style mental health road trip for the next month.
Right as I hit one hour in the shop an officer walked in and I hear them talking about my van. Confused I shout “are you talking about my van?!” The officer came up and told me it was fine and that they talked to my SISTER (they asked for his i’d bc he is pretty androgynous).
So not only do I get treated like a criminal for just existing working on my $1500 laptop, TIPPING, and buying two expensive drinks, but they call a (very apologetic) officer out who misgenders my poor social-anxiety-stricken brother DURING PRIDE MONTH!
I genuinely hope this manager feels embarrassed. I drive a literal pink well kept van with beefy brand new tires and brand new registration.

Read moreI'm definitely getting sick of this location. Please corporate I hope you see this. These employees do not care about their job, the cleanliness of the establishment or the efficiency of their orders. They literally do not compare to the the Starbucks on brooks or South Reserve. Those locations are able to manage the drive thru, inside lobby, Rush hour any time of the day, as well as Mobile orders, Doordash, etc. Consistently, in a timely and FRIENDLY manner. Grant creek is ghetto. I go there daily. The restrooms are not clean. Toilets are unscrubbed....grime on the walls. Paper towels everywhere on the ground in Shredded little pieces. I'm usually waiting on my order for a minimum of 20/30 minutes. This is Monday thru Friday, regularly. Not Saturday or sunday. They do not prioritize their online orders. Mobile, or delivery driver orders. They are not friendly and don't apologize for taking 20 minutes when I'm only getting paid $2 per delivery. Which I don't get paid enough to wait around for them to get their ducks in a row. I've never had a problem with starbucks on brooks and central or the one south reserve. They get all their orders out within 5 to 10 minutes. The service at GRANT IS UNACCEPTABLE! It's only gotten worse as 2023 has progressed. PLEASE SHUT DOWN IF YOU CANT MANAGE...
Read moreMy mom and I went through the drive through on Sunday at 11:04. We ordered 2 nitros which usually comes to $11.90. My mom wanted something with caramel so she asked to have some caramel flavor of some sort added. The gal was very helpful and helped her decide on cold foam. The problem came when we went to pay. We had 2 $5 bills and 5 $1 for a total of $15. After adding the cold foam to her drink that left only a $1.85 tip, which was obviously not ok for her! As we were looking for another dollar in the car she kept waving the dollar from the window saying here is your change. Which if it was a $1 bill it was obviously meant to keep and she was doing to to be snotty. I told her twice that was hers before she finally pulled her arm and the dollar back in the window to get our drinks. We were not able to find another dollar in the car, so I gave her 4 quarters after she handed us our drinks. She didn't bother to say a word to us. So I made sure to say "You're welcome! Have a nice day!" I've not only worked in the service industry, but managed several bars and restaurants. And that's definitely not ok. I hope she enjoyed her $2.85 tip for pouring 2 small drink and a whole lot...
