I’ve been to B’s Wine Bar several times before, but today’s experience was incredibly disappointing. My girlfriends and I went for a Christmas brunch, and the service and food left much to be desired.

Initially, we were seated inside, but due to limited space, we asked to move outside. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. The outdoor area was swarming with bees, and after we finally got the owner’s attention, she said she’d send someone to get spray. However, her demeanor was far from friendly, and this is not how an owner should act.

We had to repeatedly ask for basic things: turning on the fans, turning on the televisions, and even getting menus. After two hours, we still hadn’t received menus or proper service. We had to go inside multiple times just to request water and find someone to take our order. It was clear there weren’t enough staff available to manage both indoor and outdoor seating.

To make matters worse, the food was a letdown. The brunch menu was limited to items like fish and grits or shrimp and grits, but everything was bland. The pork chops, even with grill marks, had no seasoning or flavor. It felt like no effort was put into making the food enjoyable.

What made the experience even more frustrating was that the owner seemed more focused on a group of guys occupying the space we had last year. It was clear they were her priority, not the rest of her customers or staff. This lack of attention and care for her guests was deeply disappointing.

This was a frustrating and disheartening experience, especially for what was supposed to be a festive occasion. B’s Wine Bar needs to seriously reconsider its staffing, food quality, and management approach to ensure all guests are treated with care and...

So I've been to B's 4 times and typically have a great time with great service. Thursday night was a different experience. Grant it we arrived around 10:30pm. We were meeting some friends who were visiting from New York. We suggested Bs because we knew it would be the best vibe for our age group on a Thursday night. There were 2 women who stood out and provided smiles and great service. Our waitress (tall dark skinned sister is beautiful) and a short, fair skinned sister with blonde braids. They provided what I was accustomed to. Where the night went left was with the 2 YNs. One was short with afro type hair( who was reluctant to help us get our final menu items ordered due to the time), and the other tall, slim one who really almost got told off. He was the one with zero manners. It was close to closing time, so he literally stood at our table without making eye contact and watched us eat what was left on the plates and picked them up one by one. We were basically grabbing food and eating out of our hands as we felt rushed. My husband said, "Let's go before I have to go off on this, dude." I felt bad because we recommended Bs. I wonder if he was raised that way, or maybe he doesn't like his job. Either way, circle back yougin. Don't stand over patrons when they are clearly eating. It was obvious that he was impatient because he never asked. Are you all still working on this? or how was everything? It's important young man that you understand the reputation of the owner and what her expectations are. Employees should carry the expectations of the owner whether she is there or not. Im not counting Bs out, but I surely don't want to encounter...

I was excited to visit a new spot not too far from home. After seeing photos online, I was impressed. So I made reservations for my husband and I to have our date night.

When we walked in, there was a slender brownskinned man standing behind a hostess stand shuffling around and not looking up. There was a sign that said "seat yourself" but I figured that was for people who just walk in not for those who made reservations. In a very nasty tone he said "seat yourself" never looking up, speaking or acknowledging our presence. Not sure if he was the owner or an employee but it was very off putting and I was two seconds away from just turning around and leaving.

My husband and I sat at a random table and a young lady came up to us. My husband then informed her that we made reservations and she sat us at our table. We placed our orders and the food wasn't up to par. Yes it came out fast, but the fish I ordered was hard as a rock.

Our server Alexis was great. She kept checking in the whole time and did an amazing job.

When we got ready to leave, a photographer was blocking our way and didn't bother to move and he was having a leisurely conversation with the man standing behind the host station who finally decided to look up from his phone.

Overall, I don't plan on setting foot in there ever again. I always hear "support black business" but I'm not going to spend my money any place where they don't even have the decency to acknowledge the people who are coming in to help keep...

I have been wanting to go to B's Wine Bar for quite some time and went this week for steak night as a friend wanted to celebrate his birthday there. When we drove into the parking lot it was crowded so I was thinking this is a good sign. Once inside there is a small sign that says to seat yourself. The first problem is there is not enough safe walking room as they packed too many tables and chairs in the wine bar. I could literally reach out and touch the couple sitting in the chairs by the door. The music was so loud once the speakers were turned on, I jumped. I could not hold a conversation with my friend. There wasn't a menu stating it was steak night so we asked to waitress and she confirmed. When we got our steak we didn't have silverware. Once we received silverware it was plastic cutery and we eventually received metal silverware. The steak was room temperature or slightly below. The steak had zero flavor and I can tell grill marks were added as it did not taste grilled. It reminded me of broiled steak that was placed on a grilled flat skillet for grill markings. The potatoes are not made in house as it reminded of Texas Longhorn potatoes. The salad was the best part of the meal. The crowd is more for 60+ or your women looking for a sugar daddy. I suggest focusing on tapas, desserts and appetizers as the steak was given to my dog after trying to jazz it up with some flavor at home. If they remove some tables, turn down the music volume and change the menu I will return.

Had a great time at B's wine bar. It's more than just a wine bar with a full bar and full service kitchen. I went on a Friday and it can get pretty packed, so take note. This means service will be slower. Bar tenders slammed, kitchen overwhelmed. On Friday a DJ comes in at 8pm. They have a nice patio where folks will go out and enjoy a cigar, a drink, and the weather. The music outside is different from inside. They have great Happy Hour specials from 4-7. I had the Happy Hour flatbread pizza. The bread wasn't all that flat, but the pizza was still good and very cheesy. It was perfect to absorb the alcohol. Next time I'm getting the salmon dish. The people next to me ordered it and said it was good and flavorful. Overall, really great time, great vibe. I will return

The 1st time we visited this establishment was back in May during the Kentucky Debury weekend when we were turned around at the door and was told that we couldn’t be accommodated if we didn’t have reservations by the owner. Second time was on Thursday Steak Night . The atmosphere was perfect as well as the bartender and drinks were excellent. The food was horrible my steak was paper thin and taste as if it was boil and placed on a grill . The mashed potatoes had no flavor and tasted as if they came out of a box . I was very disappointed because I waited all day to go to steak Night ! I couldn’t give a star for the food . More like a refund was needed.
