He claims he’s a Manager name Bryan and he is the rudest employee I ever encountered at this Aldi’s. I’ve been in Sienna since 2003 & always enjoyed the amenities and the growth of the community. When Aldi’s opened i was ecstatic… I had foot surgery a couple of years ago and walking through big grocery stores is a challenge. I always had friendly experiences here up until today. line was getting long so this guy opened a 2nd line. I got into the line and grabbed the boxes that had my groceries in them and placed on the conveyer belt. I was unloading one box but couldn’t get to the box in the front because a customer was still paying and my basket run into her if i moved forward. He TOLD me ā€œYOU NEED TO TAKE THE GROCERIES OUT THE BOXā€ i told him I can take it out once i can move up. He then proceeded to aggressively take my groceries out the box. I informed him that i would take it out. In a harsh tone he repeated himself saying ā€œYOURE AUPPOSE TO TAKE IT OUT THE BOXā€. I told him don’t worry about it I rather go to another line then deal with someone so rude. I started to take my groceries off the conveyor belt and told him to not ring me up and don’t touch the groceries. He then said ā€œWell hurry up you’re holding up the lineā€ & started tossing my groceries in the basket. I had to ask him to not touch my groceries and to stop tossing my groceries. I checked out at a different line and thts when i asked who the manager was & the other employee said Bryan (the rude guy) i was about to leave and thought to myself if he did this to me then he’s outright rude to others which is why i came back in for a photo. He was trying to hide behind his phone but i captured him. I will reach out to Aldi’s headquarters .

Heilyn is the worst as a check out cashier we have ever come across in the United States, we have been the residents of Sienna Community , Missouri City since 2019, we love our neighborhood Aldi, all other check out/cashiers and shop floor supervisors at our neighborhood ALDI are to Aldi's standard, playing their job roles greatly with positive set of mind and using non-offensive, very polite language for communications. However, this cashier, " Heilyn " started to shout at my spouse , "Swipe the Card" and when I asked why, she said "because she MESSED UP!" . I am a Recruiter, if Aldi needs a staff, I can get you 10 better than this "Heilyn " with no recruiters fees. She chose to be disrespectful , why?We are extremely disappointed! How can Aldi Management allow this to happen?

I’m sure it was the cashier’s first week or maybe he hadn’t done gift card purchases before šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø I grabbed a gift card from the display right next to the register and laid it on the conveyor belt and simply asked if I could put $25 on the gift card. He thought I wanted to take money off of it. I explained that I was purchasing a gift card for someone and wanted to add $25 to the gift card. By this time, he had to call another employee over at least 3 times to help him with this transaction and I was holding up the line 🤦. He was nice about it but didn’t quite understood what I was trying to do. Anyway, I got my friend’s gift card loaded 😁and received the activation receipt so that I know that it went throughšŸ‘

Before writing this, I read other reviews and not any where , I have seen a followup by management. I hope this is read by somebody. I normally give great reviews, but today I felt uncomfortable and even was debating whether to write or not. But I was too bothered and had to write.

The one star is not for the store. I have been coming since it opened. I just live 2 block down. This is in reference to a particular employee, who I believe is the manager who has been working there for a long time. I since day of start , come every tuesday like clockwork and buy about 24 tins of cherries along with other items. Never questioned about the quantity as there were always plentiful. About 8 or months ago there was a problem with the warehouse and I was told that for about 3 months there will be a limit till everything is sorted out. The same lady told me and I understood. Since then I bought the tins making sure there were enough on the shelf for other customers. I even told her that , that not to worry, I will make sure. After some months there were ample and nobody questioned me. Just since last month, the same lady somehow always questions me and makes me wait and goes up to check if there are tins left in stock. Even when somebody else is checking me out , she calls the cashier to go and check. Last week the same happened. I told the cashier to please tell the lady not to do that as it is disrespectful and she is for no reason picking on me. Today, I walk in , I donot see her, but while walking down an aisle , Last weeks cashier and the lady saw me as they were working near the milk aisle. After 5 minutes I came to the register and a gentleman was at the register . He has checked my cart out many times previously. I knew something is going to happen. As soon as he saw my cherries, He said to wait as he has to check if we had enough. I told him, there were plenty. But he still went. Upon leaving , I asked whether that lady asked for him to check the aisle, He very sternly replied no that It was told to him that morning to check if people take a lot. I didnot believe him at all. I just left. The lady, donot know her name never smiles and is always very stern. She is young. I feel very uncomfortable going to this Aldi. From today, I will try to avoid going, which I donot want to, but just because of one person, I will only go if there...

For a long time I was meaning to update my post about this Aldi location. First of all, who hired these people working at the cashier station?

Sometimes there's not a lot of people here to manage this location. The last time I came to buy groceries, I only saw one person working on staff that day. The shelfs or boxes of fruit were out of stock, there were expired items within the dairy section and there was empty boxes on the floor that I almost tripped on.

The "Cashier", the cashier, the day I came to buy my groceries was the only one on the floor. I'm not sure where was the manager (Probably hiding) and I was disappointed that there wasn't enough staff to help my mother. My mother did not know the primary language of english (Limited proficiency in the english language), I was not there because I was running errands. Until I came back early and she was done shopping waiting for me. She told me so many concerns with this store that I could not believe it.

I walked around the store and it was true. Boxes on the floor (I almost tripped), fruits and vegetables out of stock, dairy products in the first and second row were expired items and lastly there was only one person working there. ONE PERSON! Plus, this cashier charged my mother extra on the meat when it was on sale in the advertisement. This happened many times and I choose to ignore this aspect because there's always little mistakes in a store. However, not this time. I'm done with this Aldi because, I rather pay what's advertised within the newspaper I'm getting every week than pay for something extra the day I'm buying the "Sale item" displayed on the weekly ad.

I knew believed that this Aldi location was in bad shape I always thought it was performing above average like most HEB stores. I guess using the "You can't judge a book by the cover." Even though i've been shopping at this Aldi location since it had opened. I may "Read the book" but I probably just glanced at the book. (I've been skipping the main idea and the aspect of the book "this Aldi's location." Definitely not coming back! It would just be a waste of my time and money. I apologize to others reading my first post about how great this Aldi is, because I realized it's not as great as it seemed. Very...
