Bean Here is the best local coffee we have in the Sienna area. The quality of their beans are not to be compared with any others.

I have been faithfully going to this shop every morning before work to enjoy their drinks. Every time I go there is always something new for me to try and love.

But the experience does now come just from the coffee. The staff and owner Mike are such a joy to see each morning. One morning otw to work at like 6am. I was in line pulling up to the window. I noticed my car started smoking and leaking coolant, so I quickly left the line before paying and pulled into the neighboring lot. I walked back to the shop to still purchase my drink (priorities before work) and in doing so, the owner asked if he could help with anything. Two seconds later he was outside with me helping me diagnose the issue and helping fill my coolant with water to temporarily get me back running. Then the following days he constantly asked how my car was running to make sure everything was okay with it.

This is something that makes this company stand out from the rest. It saddens me that I find out about this shop being bullied by a chain “coffee” shop. I truly stand behind Bean Here, their products and most importantly, the amazing staff that makes up the Bean Here...

Bean Here is a locally owned business that stands out as one of the best coffee roasters/shops due to the high quality standards of the sourcing and roasting (check out the lab- they do great work)- the new drive through is an amazing addition to the area as you can get high quality coffee, fast and by great people- now you ask - why 5 stars...glad you asked I will gladly tell you - First of all has every cup of coffee or beverage been "the best" - no- but EVERYTIME I had an issue, I spoke up and if the person behind the counter wasn't having the best day or wasn't helpful - I reached out to the owner- and HE made it right. I personally love the drive through- great space to meet and have time with a friend or loved one- with great coffee!!!! Keep on...

We really didn't need a third bean here location (and definitely not so close to the other two) especially as the coffee quality at the other two locations has declined severely in the last couple of years. I was very disappointed by our order today. You go thinking maybe a new location has been the kick up the arse needed to get the coffee back on track but sadly it feels like that wasn't the case. I don't doubt things could improve on the quality side, but today something really wasn't right. The non dairy milk tasted flat and was served far too hot. The coffee was weak and didn't stand out enough above the milk. A simple fix. Would love to see this place do better as I used to love going to the other locations before the same issues...
