Beans Up Coffee — Restaurant in Missouri City

Omg the owner is so sweet! Yigit is so kind! He made us out drinks perfectly and even offered to change them if we didn’t like it! He went above and beyond to make sure we liked our drinks and recommended us Great drinks! If only every manager and employee was like this place. The prices are great and affordable as well.

I tried the iced caramel macchiato , the iced Cinnabon roll latte, iced honey oat milk latte , beans up special and the iced matcha latte with oat milk and 2 pumps of vanilla!

The iced caramel macchiato is Great abs ask them to put another shot of caramel if you want a stronger flavor! Same with the iced honey latte.

Beans up special is a coffee made from Turkish beans so has that authentic Turkish coffee taste! Not strong or too light!

Matcha wasn’t the fake grass tasting one but the good one!

Their rose, lavender and dragon berry refreshers! All so good!

Their best is the dragon berry refresher made with coconut ! So fresh and taste perfect! Not too watery or thick. Their rosé lemonade - so refreshing and tasted like lemonade with a hint of rose or pink flavor at the end.

Before I start, there was a truck at the drive thru across 2 lanes so it was hard to get in. Then, there were 3 people in the tiny ordering area making it super cramped.

Cashless and cashierless. You put in your own order and the workers make it. There was a special that we weren't verbally offered. You had to navigate through the kiosk to get it, but by the time we found out about it, it was too late. We ordered 2 hot chocolates, 3 sandwiches and 3 bagels. They "ran out" of parchment paper so they couldn't heat the bagels. So 3 sandwiches took 30 minutes. They served 3 drive thru customers in that time. To clarify, we got no coffee. The food is bad. Like, worse than a cafeteria. The biscuit is not a biscuit. The bagel is trash.

I have gone to this coffee shop 3 times as of today. The first 2 times drive through. My first experience was great. Food and coffee were good. Second time it took about 15 mins for me to get a coffee and a pastry, and I was the only customer. This time I took my husband service was horrible, they didn’t have cold brew, I am pregnant and needed to use the restroom and they don’t even let customers use it. Coffee was poorly made, and the “new” almost crossaint was hard as a rock. At least a day old. Pretty disappointed.
