Super 6 Buffet, Inc — Restaurant in Missouri City

This was my favorite Chinese buffet place, not anymore. After the meal, but before dessert, I let the lady in the front know I was gonna step outside to smoke a cigarette and then eat dessert, she said that was fine. Then, about 6 minutes later, (which is when I got finished with my smoke,) the woman in yellow from my photo comes over to us, while we are getting our dessert and says, "didn't you already eat." I don't know if there was a language barrier affecting here ability to understand that I was coming back after my smoke, but her attitude was expressed in a way that was international understood; that attitude was rude. And when I told her how I felt about the situation and her losing a customer, she just shrugged her shoulders. It upsets me how, at a restaurant, which is part of the service industry, they can employ someone who is just rude. On top of that, they don't accept coupons anymore, and I didn't even get my fortune cookie, let alone dessert. To make the situation even worse, like as if the experience wasn't already bad enough, a couple who was eating decided to chime in as well, to side with the rude lady. It makes sense, I guess, seeing as it used to be that a restaurant would go out of its way to ensure that the customer was always right. Now they don't do that anymore, and why should they when they have customers, like that couple, who are willing to say that the restaurant is always right. Man!!! If I could leave no stars then I certainly would do that. My wife and I decided to take my mom and dad here to eat for their 41st wedding anniversary and let me tell you all, I am thinking in the back of my mind "I should have taken them to Golden Corral instead." This is absolutely the worst Chinese buffet ever. The food was bland and nasty, the only thing that was somewhat tasteful was the grilled salmon, fried chicken wings and the General Tsao's Chicken. Now, I can certainly excuse the crappy food, but the real stinker revolves around the bad customer service which is absolute garbage here. First and foremost, the Asian waitress was rude and pushy as hell. She first messed up when she brought me a refill after I told her that I did not want anymore. Then when i go to pay, she cops an attitude and starts shaking her head because I did not leave a tip. Uhhh....hmm let's see, last time I checked, tips are gratuities that are earned as a result of outstanding service not just because you are working there. If you do not like your job, then find something better to do...plain and simple. The only tip that she was gonna see was the tip top of my head walking out the door of this turbulent tabernacle. I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy eat at this establishment ever. They are also quite pricey to have such substandard food. You want somewhat better service, try Golden Corral, at least you get to pay at the door with no extra hidden fees...

Family and I visited yesterday night for dinner, we have visited this restaurant often since its all of the family favorite for the last 8 yrs. After the experience we had yesterday, we are sad to say we wont be going back. As i was serving my 7 yr old Honey chicken I noticed there was something brown on the chicken come to find a good size roach, looked like it had been fried with the chicken and perfectly glazed. I immediately got the attention of the employee that was checking on the food and all he did was pick out the piece of chicken that had the roach, grabbed it between his fingers to look at it very well and smushed it. He didnt say not a sorry, we apologize, we will take care of this immediately nothing. He just walked away to the kitchen leaving behind the tray of honey chicken in the buffet line. I immediately went to my son and stopped him from eating the chicken he was so excited to eat. We should of walked out but decided to not make a scene. When we where asked how everything was, my husband brought issue to their attention and they didnt really acknowledged what was said to them, they just went on to say it will be 58.00. I should of took a picture of the chicken but I didnt have my phone on me. We have informed all of our family and friends about this, all they really care about is the $ and not the food...
