Why, there's nothing being done about these drive thru hoodlums? (Read other reviews sound like the same folks) They are very unprofessional, rude and very bold because they know, there will be no repercussion but they are sadly mistaken.
I will not stop until they are at very least fired!!! The night shift drive thru entire staff should be fired!! My husband was treated rude and threatened by hand gestures from a young lady and a bigger guy at this drive thru window.
We have never been disrespected or mistreated by any taco bell staff, ever!! We moved him from Seattle Washington we are appalled, was that the Texan hospitality we were so looking forward to and heard so much about?
Does, everything is bigger in Texas also include: rude, arrogant, untouchable attitudes? What happened you ask? The lady(sounded black but not sure) at the drive thru around 10:20 PM, was talking to others while taking our order, pushy no patience, my hubby from Puerto Rico (accent) she seemed bothered by his accent and questions, she rushed him and was not Kind at all...
Her talking to others while taking his order totally confused him, he thought she was referring to him, when he addressed it she rudely replied; sir, I'm not talking to you! He then said to me, not her!! (because he was totally frustrated at this point), honey let's leave I don't like her attitude.
She then rudely retaliated; good leave because I don't like your attitude either. He drove off without another word to her. When we passed the pick up window, a big guy was raising up his fist and arms(throwing up his Dukes), is what we call it.
That was a non-verbal threat, I'm originally from Chicago, I know ghetto and ignorance, which is partly why I don't live there now and do not take kindly to any threat!!! I hope we have no more of that kind of service, especially not from a business who needs customers to stay in business!
We tried calling to speak to a manager (no answer).
The customer is not always right but the customer, is still the customer, is what I was taught!...

The current staff continues the tradition here of good, friendly service. The current night shift manager is very nice. She is always happy to see me, greets me with a smile and warm words, and treats me as if we were friends. If i have a problem it is taken care of without complaint or resistance. She knows my special order and makes sure the staff gets it right. Also! The self-serve drink machine in the lobby is very cold! The Pepsi is cooooold, and if you get water from this machine it is good. You wouldn't think the water would generate a comment but it did, I liked it so much I went and told them it was good. Also! They have some sort of cappuccino machine and flavored syrups, and they tell me it is available all the way until closing time. i haven't tried it yet but it looks interesting and good "after 11am" coffee can be hard to come by sometimes. Also! The lobby is open now until midnight!!! Halellujah!!!!!! People closing restaurants at 8p, closing lobbys entirely or at 7p, who can live like that? Granted I just enjoy it until midnight, I don't work there, but YAAAAY is civilization finally coming back and Taco Bell is the leader! Midnight here is only 10pm in California, so it's good.
We've used Taco Bell for yeeeears and never gotten sick but twice....LOL. This location has always served us well, but we've rarely been let down at any Taco Bell.
Update: This location seems to run a tight ship. Everyone is friendly and takes care of business. They're never out of anything. We use this location extensively and it very very rarely has let us down. They don't close earlier than posted closing time, that's a big deal to us. Oddly, the Taco Bell down by the Sienna Walmart makes my wife sick. There must be some difference in the oil, the two locations must have different suppliers or systems. However this 5511 Hwy 6 works...
Read moreOrdered via app, selected drive thru pickup. Arrived at drive thru and was told I would have to come inside to pickup my prepaid order. Argued and asked for refund. Was told the GM would not allow mobile orders to be picked up in drive thru (anymore, I've done this serveral times before). No one was behind/ahead of me. They can't cancel/refund in store - I would have to do it through the app. I was mad, so I drove away. Even if I were to enter the store now, Id have no way of knowing that my food was handled in a safe manner. The cancel/refund process in the app is non-existent.
What if I was disabled and couldn't easily leave my vehicle? What if my dog/child was in the car? This is unacceptable. I understand keeping drive thru time clock low is a goal. I used to work at Taco Bell. If anything, they just spent less time by not having to enter my order.
I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, but if you do, please make a stand. If this happens to you, force their hand and park in Drive Thru. Run up their clock till the order is either refunded WITH CASH or till your order is satisfactorily completed. DO NOT abide by this. If McD's and Chick Fil A can figure this out, surely Taco Bell can do it too.
Refund is in progress. You must call 1-800-TACOBELL. It took about 50 minutes of waiting with terrible...
