Smoothie King — Restaurant in Missouri City

BEWARE if you place an order for delivery....you probably won't get your order, nor will you receive a refund. Unfortunately, I was not able to give 0 stars, otherwise I would have. My daughter ordered 1 smoothie and 1 acai bowl directly from the merchants website for delivery. Smoothie King contracted the order out to a 3rd party delivery service (an UberEats driver by the name of Alvaro who claimed to be driving a white GMC...never delivered our order and blocked my daughter's number) who never delivered the order to us. I called and spoke with 2 different managers from Smoothie King to get a refund or a replacement order sent out and was told that they would get back to me, which still hasn't happened 3 days later. If I had ordered off of UberEats myself and the order never arrived, I would not expect Smoothie King to make it right, so they should not expect me to be out nearly $40 because their contract delivery driver scammed them out of my food order. Google led me to this location inside la fitness as I was driving from first colony mall on highway 6, this location is inside the gym. I ordered my smoothie and the guy taking my order was very knowledgeable and athelitic. He recommended me to get the gladiator as it is low carb meal replacement and I was looking fir something low carb and sugar. I got gladiator with strawberry mango and diet down. It was delicious and amazing. He also showed a variety of supplements including the gladiator to purchase for my house. I went ahead and purchased it and he was so nice and gave me a free shaker cup. What amazing service!! I highly recommend this location as it is extremely clean and customer service...

I was in Missouri city and googled nearest smoothie king and it bought me to the smoothie King inside of LA fitness by Riverstone. I went in and ordered a smoothie and was greeted with enthusiastic welcome. The staff here is extremely professional and courteous and friendly. I ordered a strawberry kiwi breeze and I was suggested to add multivitamins and immune support which I did, my smoothie tasted amazing and as I was leaving was told that I was really appreciated and welcome back made me feel very special. Highly recommend this location as the staff is very professional and friendly. This is definitely a five star location inside...
