This has got to be the nastiest Church’s I’ve ever been to and I’m 33 years old.lol I just got done eating it and honestly I want my money back. The chicken was cold and greasy. Not the food greasy we expect Church’s to be, but like the chicken sat there all day in grease. It was hard and cold. We ordered okra and it was hard af. We also ordered mac but they said they didn’t have any so we got the spicy rice. It wasn’t spicy which i’m not complaining about but it was hard and greasy. How you got greasy rice.??? Like… we had to put the grease off the top. The okra was burnt and hard. It also was like… stringy. Idk how to say it. It was gross tho. The biscuits we got was NOT honey glazed like they’re suppose to be. It was just overall nasty af.lol They gave us no napkin, utensils, ketchup, or honey. It was not good at all. That’s what I get for not going to the hood tho. Only hispanic people was cooking which normally is a good thing but not tonight. We went about 7:15- 7:30. It was a little busy until we left. We were the last ones there. The cashier tried to flirt with my dude but I acted like I didn’t notice. He did too. I was being nice and polite cause I don’t mess with people that mess with my food until I get it.lol I left without saying anything cause it wasn’t that big of a deal. He wasn’t going.lol But y’all…!!!! I think they gave us the bad stuff on purpose. At least I hope so cause this food was trash. I just had to write a review to stop more black people from wasting their money. It’s ridiculous.lol We used a 24.99 coupon but got “premium” sides so it came out to be $29.22. My baby daddy asked me did I want to go to lotus but I’m pregnant and wanted okra so I was like let’s just go to Church’s. Baby… We definitely should have want to Lotus. Read moreThis location needs major help. It is in need of renovation, remodeling, restaffing, and revitalization. The building may even need to be torn down and rebuilt. The parking is horrible and very small. All of the workers take up the few parking spaces they have leaving little to no spaces for paying customers. The facility is sub par and totally out dated and not up to code or standard. The inside was dirty to say the least and the floor had grease, grime, food, other particles on it. Worked did not have on gloves or any protective or preventive wear from cross contamination. We saw roaches which made us rethink our visit. The staff look like they were all kids or very young and do not know how to render quality customer service. Seemed as if they all shipped out on the required trainings. They were inside playing around and not caring whatsoever about the customers needs and requests that were ordering. Not to mention the majority of the workers and staff did not speak English which made it very difficult for them to communicate with any of the customers. They continued to have to make customers wait because of the lack of understanding when trying to order. This caused many unnecessary delays when ordering which could have been avoided if the worker they kept going to look for and get would have simply stayed available at the register to attempt to assist the other workers with taking orders from customers. The staff did not take responsibility when they are messing up and giving customers the wrong order or orders with items missing. Then when it is brought to their attention they do not know how to fix it or do anything for the errors and mistakes that the staff continues to make. Quality customer service does not exist at this location. Then when you try to ask for management or owner information, nobody knows anything. You are better off calling corporate when you experience an issue at this location which you will if you haven't already. It is inevitable here not to have an issue with your order. Read moreI had to pick up a door dash at this location a few weeks ago for a customer and waited in the drive-through line there was one car in front of me and I sat at the speaker box for over five minutes and then looked up to see what was going on at the drive-through window and the gentleman in that window met eyes with me and didn’t say anything in the speaker box to let me know that they will be with me in just a moment or if I needed to pull around I proceeded to pull around to the front and walk inside I saw that there was not one customer on the inside at all and there was three employees behind the counter one was at the front counter in the front lobby and proceeded to ask what I needed I told him that I had a door dash and he quickly handed mean my order which meant that the entire time that I was waiting in the drive-through line and the time that it took for me to drive around my customers order was already ready but yet I was never greeted at the speaker box completely a waste of time as a Dasher we are on a restricted timeframe of when we are supposed to pick up orders being that this restaurant was completely empty at the time and only had the one customer that was in the drive-through is absolutely ridiculous to have to cancel an order and or talk to our DoorDash support team because employees are not willing to do their job and service the companies that are bridging the gap to meet the customers need with delivering orders from...
