Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Missouri City

I have been to this location several times. There are 2 drive thru lines. One issue I had was the order of service from the lines once you get closer to window. 3 vehicles crowded me out when it was my turn to advance where the drive thru lines merged. A server came out to take my order and I told her this is a real problem. She apologized and gave me my drink for free because I complained. I ordered an iced mocha coffee on my first order and it was good. My second visit’s drink was their mocha freeze.

When I went a third time, I ordered mocha coffee with cream and the whip foam top. It was not sweet enough, so I parked and got more chocolate added AND a Stevia packet. This made the drink PERFECT. I enjoyed it so much so that I returned for a second one within the hour. Again, I had to ask for a Stevia and extra choc bcas they did not make it correctly from the drive thru.

Overall, I am beginning to like this little gem very much. My church is nearby so I have only gone on Sundays. The lines move very fast and the order takers are knowledgeable.

UPDATE: Now THESE are the girls I am always met with when I say "Make as you wish". They were very high energy and kind; and I DEFINITELY needed that fun energy after work so thank you to the girls that were working today for making my drink! 09/10/2025

$3 for some soda water; yeah no. I absolutely LOVE this location; my go to every time either before work or after and the baristas are always so awesome to talk to!

I dont know who the young lady today was but her boring attitude made this soda water all the more distasteful. Overheard her saying "Hayden can you come here for a second and finish this drink." There weren't any other drinks being made! When the girl named Hayden came over I barely heard the mumbles but something along the line of "She doesnt know...".

I have been drinking Dutch Bros since before it came popular out here in Houston. Every time I come to this location it’s always the entitled customers that punk the workers. What’s the point of having 2 lanes when they clearly say get in the shortest line!! I was clearly in the shortest line and was over looked by the girl working the lines bc a customer was pissy about being there first. She may have been there “first” but chose the longest line bc the line I was in had no one! Make it make sense. The exact reason why I stopped visiting this location and probably won’t be back. You don’t skip over me when you are clearly alternating lanes. Poor customer service at its finest on the workers part.
