The food is so so so delicious!!!! BUT my issue was the to go dept had a very thuggish atmosphere. It was very unprofessional when I walked in. Also, when trying to look at menu they keep asking over & over every 2 mins if your ready to order as if they are in a rush & dont want to be burdened by waiting on a person to make their selection. The fact it had been about 2 yrs since I had eaten at an olive garden made me want to look at menu more thorough and plus had to take pics of the menu and send to my hubby so that he could text me back to tell me his selection from the menu but like i said it was rush-rush-rush. By the time i was ready to order i had been asked about 9 times if i was ready. It was a bit aggravating and i felt pestered. But the other night (which was 1 week later) i gave it another shot but this time i called it in before I went there so that I wouldn't be pestered again and rushed on making a selection. It was so much better the 2nd time on service and they brought it to the car. But the 2nd time they gave such a small portion of food for the entree that my container wasn't even close to full. Again it was delicious BUT for $19.00 it seems like I should of been given an entire container of food not halfway full!!! I don't mind paying whatsoever, but at least give me the portion that is supposed to be given because the first time I went it was a fair serving in my container, along with my soup that went with the meal, but the second time looked as if they were running out of food or some thing and just trying to make it go further. Thats not good business. I will return a third time to this location only to see if the portion comes out like the first time or like the second time and if it is half of a container again, then I know that they are trying to cut cost. Then at that point, I will no longer go there to that location but if it is a full container, then each time I come I will just check the container to make sure it's full before I leave and before I pay, and if it is full the third time, it will tell me that whoever the person was that played in my stuff just didn't know what they were doing apparently. I have to say though that I absolutely love love love their...
Read moreIâm so sad that I have to rate this with one star. The positive thing that this place is very huge, clean and nice looking. I live in the area so itâs really amazing to have a restaurant in our area. However, my experience from the time I walked in up until the time I left was not good. First I put myself on the waitlist. The waitlist said I was number four however, I say 3 to 4 parties being seated and I was still on number four on the waitlist. After asking about it, I was then escorted to my seat. They had so many tables open but there was so many people waiting. I had been there for over 20 minutes. The greeter who sat me stated that they were advised not to seat anyone because they were backed up in the kitchen. Now, as for waitress, my waitress was very young, so I tried to be understanding, especially knowing that this is a newly opened restaurant. But I will say that at the end, I just couldnât take it anymore more. It was the worst experience that Iâve ever had with a waitress. She was very pushy and lacked patience or customer service. I honestly think it was due to lack of training for instance as I was trying to choose a drink instead of her asking to come back later, she stood next to me and tried to forcefully get me to choose a drink. it wasnât a suggestion it was more so like get the sangria!! Why donât you want the sangria? Also, We never got the drinks that we ordered like never they never came out. We never got our appetizer that we ordered and my sister got the wrong food with no apology from our waitress. The icing on the top is when I was paying from the kiosk and attempting to do the survey, she came behind me, stood next to me and asked me what did I select!! I was astonished as I have never ever experienced anything like that. I honestly donât blame her because I feel like this is just her personality and she was not properly trained with empathy and Customer interaction. The plus side is that the food that we did it which was salad and our entrĂŠe was very fresh hot and good. Letâs get it together Olive Garden Iâm rooting for you and I...
Read moreWell, ima be honest here. I don't know the waitresses name but she was super friendly. What bothered me is that we ordered all our food when we ordered the appetizer and we didn't get bread nor our soups first. They literally brought out our pastas first and this other young girl came and asked if we wanted cheese. We said yes and when she started grinding the cheese, she literally touched our pasta with the grinder so it got all dirty with pasta sauce. Me, personally, I thought that was funny. My partner on the other hand, is more sensitive to stuff like that and thought that was unsanitary. I told her to let it go. We told the girl that we had ordered soup and they still hadn't brought it out yet and she said she'd tell our waitress. Well, our waitress brought out a big bowl of salad instead. We told her we ordered soup and she took it back. I went to the restroom and on my way back to the table I saw they brought out some type of potatoe soup. My partner told her it was wrong again bc we ordered chicken and gnocchi. They took it back, finally got it right, and finally brought out the bread too. Anyways, I get it tho. They had just opened 4 or 5 days ago. These kids must be nervous af still. I would be. Think they just need more training. Either way food was good. They just messed up a lot but it's cool. It's all new. I just reheated my ziti al forno in the micro and noticed I have regular pasta in there too lol I guess angel hair pasta???? I'll post a pic lol I had a lot of it but I ate it already. Oh well. Lol UPDATE: talked to a lady today 4/19/23 that works at the 7 eleven gas station and she said they kept messing up on her order too. The soup situation. She ordered chicken and gnocchi too and got a salad and then a potatoe soup. She said her food was kinda gross. 60 bucks she spent just to throw it away she said. I guess they REALLY NEED MORE TRAINING. THEY CANT KEEP MESSING UP LIKE THIS AND WASTING FOOD WHEN IT GETS SENT BACK. I HOPE THEYRE NOT SAVING THE SALAD OR SOUP AFTER IT TOUCHES A CUSTOMERS TABLE AND THEN GIVES IT TO...
