MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Missouri City

I ordered thin crust, extra crispy, extra cheese, added bacon etc..I picked the pizza up, didn't bother to look at it because I don't usually like to look at my food in front of the employees because if I ask him to fix something and they going to give me an attitude then I'm going to have a real problem plus, 99% of the time my food is right or I can live with whatever I get because I'm human and I realize people make mistakes...but as I'm driving I kept noticing like a a burnt smell but as I was driving I didn't get to look until I got home. I was concerned that I was ordering thin crust and extra crispy that they might make it too crispy too burnt but now I'm trying to figure out how thin crust extra crispy can be soggy and burnt at the same time??? They didn't have my bacon on the pizza ...pizza was sloppily made... like no shape to the pizza.. toppings unevenly distributed ...have a clump of meat in one spot, a clump of olives in another spot, not to mention the employees did not seem enthused to be there... The restaurant was empty literally a woman and her three tiny children were there and it was 5p.m. don't live near this location so hopefully the one in my area won't disappoint me and what I'm used to...I love MOD pizza but highly disappointed disgusting soggy pizza from...

My family of 3 went to this location for the first time on Saturday night @ 9:15 pm (closes at 11 pm). There were 4 employees in the front who never acknowledged us when we walked in & waited at the counter (no other customers were there). One employee was making a pizza, two others were replacing all the toppings at the counter & one other employee at the oven. We waited patiently, but to me, an acknowledgment to customers goes a long way. After waiting for about 5 minutes (and by this time I'm ready to walk out), the one employee started taking our order, yet none of the other employees stepped in to help to at least move us along faster. After we sat and started eating(which was about 9:45), one employee started putting all the chairs on top of the tables all around us. I thought maybe we had closing time wrong, which I asked the employee & he confirmed 11pm. The chairs that were on top of table right next to where I was sitting had hair stuck on the chair legs---who wants to sit next to that while eating. I didn't ask to speak with a manager only because any good manager would have already had these employees trained correctly. It was a disappointing experience, and we were trying to support new establishments but I will just go to Mod pizza...

This is she absolute worst MOD! As excited as we were to get a location close to home this space could have been used for another establishment. We arrived at 8:36pm and there was only 1 couple in front of us. The person making their order was exceptionally slow so another person just as slow came to handle our order. We ordered 3 minis & 1 mod. He didn’t finish preparing our pizzas until 8:55 and we checked out at 8:58pm. No one was cutting pizzas so our pizzas sat out for whatever time. We finally got our food the cheese isn’t even all the way melted on 2 Pizzas and they aren’t all even cut properly. There was already another gentleman waiting to speak with a manager and at this point waiting for another pizza to be made was out of the question as there were people waiting inside still for their food who came in with us and people waiting to place orders. I do not know what the disconnect is here at this location but it’s ridiculous and whomever the owner is needs to get a handle on it asap. To have to go home and put pizza in the oven because it wasn’t prepared properly and after waiting for so long is more than a piss off. Close for a week or 2 and revamp and get things...
