I stopped by Pizza Hut at 7110 Hwy 6 Suite A, Missouri City, TX, and I must say, they genuinely knocked it out of the park with their service. From the moment I placed my order to the first bite, the experience was flawless.

I had a 45 min wait projection. 30 minutes in to the order, I received a notice via text that my order was out for delivery. I’m 10 minutes from the store (maybe less) and my total wait time was 90 min in total. When I called the store to check the status of my pizza I spoke with shift manager Keisha who did nothing to understand my problem. When I asked her about the tracker she told me it wasn’t an effective means of tracking. Only I’ve ordered from this store several times before and it has been accurate on almost all occasions. Keisha assured me my order was on the way and would arrive hot and fresh. When the pizza finally arrived 1.5 hours after placing the order. 2 of the items were still hot. The third item (the pizza) was not edible. I took one bite and threw it in the garbage. I’ll take a break from ordering here for awhile. And please create a tracker that “works” or train the store properly on how to use it. Lastly if the store knows the tracker does not quote times properly. (Or if they are backed up on orders.) You could use cash, but with employees who appear to be willing to commit credit card fraud, I do not trust their food.
My wife bought pizzas for carry out. She did not tip as this was a pickup. She filled in the total on the receipt. A few days later, she noticed that an employee decided to reward themselves with a 5 dollar tip. Since the reviews for this store are so poor, she decided to skip the local manager and contact the corporate office. She received a well written scripted response and was told the local store would contact her within 3 days. The wrong store called and said they don't deliver to our area... Duh...carry out. We've since left a message for the correct store with no reply.
