This will probably be my last time coming to this location, which is unfortunate considering it was my favorite one to come to. The service I received today felt so passive aggressive and rude. I was there around 1:45pm, placed my order with the barista and did tap to pay right at 1:50. Sometimes I mess up my tap to pay by moving it around wrong or pressing out of it on accident. That happened today, and I kindly explained to her that it was my fault and asked if she could reset the pin pad, so I can try again. Upon asking, she said oh it’s working you just have to show your face, my phone was angled weird so I just typed my password and that was that. All of a sudden she said it didn’t go through and then that her pin pad was having issues and she couldn’t get it to work, so she proceeded to tell me to pull forward and pay at the window part, mind you I had already paid, her pin pad just had an issue. As soon as she walked away I got a notification that my transaction went through. I pulled up to the window, and a different girl asked me if my drink was what I got, and she told me the total. I told her I actually just got the notification that charge went through and I showed her on my banking app. She said something along the lines of it would show as pending and then be declined later. That is not the case for my online banking app. It would show as a transaction got declined. I explained this to her and she went and talked to who I’m assuming was the manager and then came back with my drink. Upon coming back her attitude was rude and passive aggressive. She wouldn’t look at me and just said “I manager comped it, have a good day.” I tried telling her like if it would be better I could just pay again and could get a refund for the other charge to show them AGAIN, I truly did pay, and she still wouldn’t look at me while I was talking and just quickly said “It’s okay, have a good day,” in a dismissive tone. It embarrassed me and made me feel like they thought I was trying to be deceitful. That is not a good feeling to have as a customer, nor is thinking I will be treated poorly if I go to this...

Read moreI wish didn't get pissed off about customer service experiences, but I do. Working in this field for 3 1/2 years, I understand rushes, being understaff, people being rude. Nonetheless, I will never have a rude attitude or be unfriendly to a customer because that is my job. So when the blonde girl with the braid working on 6/2 came up and just asked me what I wanted instead of greeting me, I was over it. I sat there in a line of two for 10 minutes. The line grew to four with both lanes being taken up and I was the last one with my order taken with someone just asking what I wanted. No hello, how are you. Didn't try to make sure my energy drink was right and tried to overcharge me. I wasn't even rude and I told her to have a good night with no response back. By the time I left there was one car in total. SevenBrew on Battlefield will always be the kindest, welcoming 7Brew, but is always out of my way. I just hope she is able to learn and manage that stress of a rush with a better attitude. Same with all the employees every day of the week bc I will never have a good experience to matter how many times I go, but I can not not go bc the drinks are amazing. Hopefully things change and it isn't the rudest of the rude...
