Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Missouri

I don't get some of the employees there...It's been like 3 times in a row my pretzel is black/charred/burnt! I have told them not to burn it and my wife as well when she's been there. Personally I love Auntie Anne's and I still get a pretzel and their mini dogs(they burn those too) from time to time. Only reason I still bear it, is because even though I can still taste how burnt the food is...it's somewhat bearable and it's the ONLY Auntie Anne's for who knows how far in the area. I'm thinking they got a lot of grease on their burner and/or they don't clean...

This is the worst place in FLW. They tell me all the time that they don’t have dough and if I want something has to be the bites. No good costumer service. One is working and the other girl drinking her slurpy and on her cellphone then the other one that is in the cashier does the same, they are lazy and are taking the owner business down. Got here at 4:45. It was 2 original pretzels in the display so I asked if I could get one original and one cinnamon. He said he couldn’t make a cinnamon one. I asked why and he said because he already cleaned up and they are about to close. I asked what time does he close; he said 5. I took my business to another restaurant. While I was sitting down eating my food from another food chain; I noticed they were still open well past 5pm. Terrible...
