I understand this is a new location and people are still training but it was just awful. There was no organization to employees positions. I had to get my drink remade, which I didnt mind at all but it took roughly 8 minutes for me to even be acknowledged by any staff member at the counter, probably because the young lady on the register that seemed to be more experienced than the others was responsible for too many tasks. Ive worked in the food industry for over 10 years, no one seems to have learned the 3,5,10 rule. And the manager was giving little to no direction to the girls that were training, she was preoccupied in the back of house.
