Checkers — Restaurant in Mobile

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I was the only one there, gave my order, and proceeded to pull up to the pick up window. It was only then that someone else pulled up so there was no excuse for the service I recieved. Initially my order was missing a drink, the "1/2 pound chicken bites combo I ordered was just a handful of chicken bites in a hotdog box, and she gave me the wrong size fries for the other two meals. I pulled back around to get my order fixed and told her I was missing a drink. She made a random drink and gave it to me. Following that it took two times of telling her what drink I had to give me the right one. She gave some excuse for the chicken bites and got an attitude. I decided to not even worry about the order so I just took the drink and left. I thought it couldnt get any worse but all the food was generally cold and the chicken and fries were hard. I do not reccomend this...

This use to be a nice place to stop. After kids dental appt. I figure we stop quick and go. The lady was just coming in and out microphone. I order five $4 meals. Adk for receipt after repeating order several times. Told it be on bag and pull around. I do and get home to see I'm charged for six. That's cool, but the burnt buns were not. The whole sandwich taste burnt. I see why my grands did not want it. The whole atmosphere there was not the best. My grand ask me to leave while ordering. I should have. Last visit for me. I could have done better at home. Customer service is everything. Find another because their customer service is not valued there. I wonder do the owners ever visit? Again...

I just left there maybe an hour ago....my order was real simple...the cashier repeated my order back to me at the speaker box....when I arrived at the window she had very little knowledge of my order...I asked for a strawberry ice cream in a cup....she instead that I take the strawberry vanilla swirl cup because it was already made.... So I just grabbed my order and pulled up to check my order and it was wrong....I order two chilli cheese hot dogs....but my order had no cheese...then I hooked out my truck and walk up to the window...the shift leader/manger had an attitude then charged me to add cheese on it...I paid it disappointment thinking to myself I could one little simple order...
