Absolutely Terrible Service. This man lied to my face and claimed he could fix my phone. I foolishly paid him upfront, only to find out later that the "part" he claimed he had to order never existed or never came in. We called him over 20 times before he finally picked up, and even then, he never explained what happened to my phone.

He has a nasty attitude, constantly yells over you, and refuses to let you speak. He’s not just unprofessional—he’s immature and disrespectful. Honestly, I wouldn’t even call him a cell tech. He’s a disgrace to anyone trying to do honest business.

If you want to be lied to, ignored, yelled at, and robbed of your money, go ahead and take your chances here. People only go to this shop for the “cheap prices”—but you’ll get what you pay for, and that includes the absolute worst customer service imaginable. Few people who left a good review are those who are regulars at rhia business. Anybody can call themselves a cell technician anyone can repair devices.
