I highly doubt I will be revisiting DQ on university again after tonight. It started off with going into the drive thru, with a few people ahead of me, no issues. Once I tried placing my order I was told to hold on two times, which I assumed the cashier was new, or the first job she's had so I didn't really mind. But my the third time of trying to order and it being wrong it had become annoying... After paying she stated to pull forward and they'll rush the food out to us at 8:32. After waiting for about 5 minutes someone walks out and hands me the large Julius, and said have a good night. I stopped him and said that there was also two sandwiches, and a snack melt, he apologized and stated he would go get it. Well, a few orders later different lady came out and asked if we ordered a kids meal, and something else in hand, but it was for the car behind us. She said she was sorry and would make it fresh for us. A few orders later as well as being yelled at from another car that was behind me due to not being able to pull out because of how far forward she had pulled, and 24 minutes later, at 8:54, a third lady came out and handed us the food was ordered at 8:30. Read moreI have been to the Moffett Rd DQ & University Blv DQ. I do not go for the food. The food is not to my liking but you may enjoy it. I go for the Ice cream, Blizzards, Sundays... it's typically good, however these past few months they have not been holding up to standards. The workers just throw you selected, paid for item. The Manager at the University Blv site had to put missing items ordered on people's food, the orders not right, people in the drive through bringing in wrong items, missing items. I myself the other day stood in line after I ordered and paid for my banana split and funnel cake for 45 min. I received my banana split, it was messy, no whip cream.. the manager had to take a moment to add it. She was so nice. I saw order after order come up, I heard the manage say, "y'all killing me"! She went in the back and added missing items. My son's blizzard was sloppy and wrong. After I received my banana split I waited 30 min for my funnel cake. No one asked me if I needed anything.... I waited kindly. Then the manager asked if my alp was ok.. I replied, "just waiting for my funnel cake... I received it 5 min later. Again this is my experience, you may like the food n not the ice cream or like both... and your food may be made perfectly. How ever enjoy! And don't let places make your food crappy that...

The other times: the blizzard machine was broke, they didn't have rainbow sprinkles, and they ran out of chocolate ice cream. Tonight we went because of the buy one blizzard, get one for 80 cents deal. We pull up at the drive thru a little after 9pm and the girl said over the speaker that they are currently not taking ice cream orders, what can she get us. We said "nothing" and pulled away. My wife then called, when the girl named Ashley answered, my wife asked what time they closed, Ashley said 10pm. My wife then responded with, "well Google says 11. Is your drive thru open?". "Yes" the girl responded. My wife told her that we were just there in the druce thru and we were told they weren't taking ice cream orders. Ashley then told my wife that their ice cream machine is down. We can order regular food, just not ice cream. The girl at the drive thru could have said that. YOU GUYS ARE AN ICE CREAM PLACE.
