Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mobile

Employees and management are rude and argumentative with the customers. I asked the employee to wash his/her hands before handling my food and he/she started to argue with me saying he/she didn't touch anything, and went on and on, protesting over simply being asked to wash his/her hands. I asked is it a problem for you to wash your hands like I asked? Did they tell you that this is good customer service? The protest continued, so I asked for the manager. He came to the front and was just as rude as the employee, saying they followed policy as far as the health department was concerned. I said so there's an issue for your employee to wash there hands if asked when they are handling customer's food? He said he didn't have anything to do with it, he washed his hands and that he wasn't going to argue. Hmmmm, too late. I told him that he wasn't exemplifying good customer service either and I got my money back. Mind you, prior to asking the employee to wash their hands, I watch him/her run his/her fingers over the top of his/her hat, touch his/her hair, touch some unfolded boxes, touch money or a debt/credit card from a drive up transaction, not to mention touch what ever mechanism used to operate the drive up window. He/she put on and tied up a dirty apron and right before he/she picked up my boxes to place my food in them, he/she scratched his/her chest. And you tell me you haven't touched anything?! I will never buy anything from this store, it already looks like a ghost town and their pizza isn't the best, they should want to do right by the customers they do have. I normally don't write reviews, but what happened today was ridiculous. The way they argued with me, they clearly have a problem washing their hands. I called this location and places an order for 1 pepperoni pizza they told me to head to the store my order would ready shortly. I get to the store at this damn location at 7:34 pm! The guy at the window told me they were just putting my pizza in the oven and it would be 10 minutes!!! 10 damn minutes! I waited 20 - 25 minutes later before pulling to the drive up window again as my damn order should have been ready!!!!!!!!!!!! I get to the window the guy told me it would be another 20 minutes because they never put it in the oven and were just now putting it in the oven. I already waited 20 -25 minutes you mean to tell me I'm supposed to be okay with waiting another 20 minutes?????? I think not. Especially when you told me you were putting it in the oven from the start and I'd be 10 minutes I gave yall some grace minutes because I know how yall are. I am so mad and pissed off I wasted my time I could've just went somewhere else. I drove off because I had already been waiting past time . I called back to this location 5 times after I left to speak with a manager ! Now nobody will answer the phone. Oh but at 8:25 I get a text from domino's pizza saying my order will be ready in 8-10 minutes! I'm pissed off and yall can keep...

I gave them 3 stars because tbe food is always prepared well. I've been ordering from this actual location for about a year now and never had any issues until about a week ago. I'm not sure if there is new management or what but they are very rude if you are looking forward to a delivery. I had my son call and order a medium pizza and brownies. They quoted him $21.98! I called to ask why they didn't even bother to offer him the $5.99 deal. They had the nerve to tell me it is up to the person taking the order and it truly doesn't matter because you need to ask THEM for the deal first. They ripped us off because a 13 year old called it in. Then today a woman called to make me aware that they had a power outage and couldn't deliver. I was fine with that but the first time she said it my phone was breaking up so I couldn't hear her well. However, she was very kind but when I mentioned that I couldn't hear her, the tone in her voice was automatically changed and it was rude. I will not be purchasing anything from this location again since they rip people off and can be very rude for no reason at all. This location is convenient to my home but I prefer to purchase from a facility that is kind, professional...
