Small Business owners don’t even waste your time please. So I have a new printer with an error message for printing on the roll of vinyl I purchased. Since it was a bit of an emergency I went ahead and proceeded to order poster prints for to complete a customers order until I could get printer support to assist. I originally went to Office Depot on Airport but was advised to select the Schillinger Rd location because they were out of adhesive poster paper. With the cashiers assistance I was able to complete my business order and used my Office Depot bucks since I paid for the annual business subscription for print services. I arrived at this location which is across town for me to find that the posters printed weren’t what was listed at all. The print quality was horrible. I was told that the it was something wrong with my customer if they were looking at the images on the poster that hard? The posters were fabric, no where on the website does it list fabric poster. The cashier then argues with me telling me the site is pretty accurate and I selected the wrong thing until I showed her the order screen in the app and the print options. She responds well all I can do is refund you and you can order poster glossy poster board but you won’t get it today. At this point she works with the manager to process a refund to then tell me I have to wait 4-5 days anything I order at the time I have to pay for. Well I won’t be getting back cash for my order you’re just putting bucks back on my account. So at this point I’m frustrated and ask for the manager who of course takes his time to come back. Not sure why he left without acknowledging me in the first place since there was an issue. He then says okay well complete the order for the poster board today. I go in the app to reorder and the price jumps from 20.99 for a 16 x 20 poster to 32.99 glossy poster board. I needed 4 so at this point I’m totally upside down on the cost of my customers order if I pay this price. First you gave me something I didn’t order then I had to make a fuss about even getting you to correct it and then have to pay almost double out of pocket to actually get what I ordered in the first place. I have politely called and cancelled my business subscription. As a small business if I can’t depend on what I’m paying for then I can take my money elsewhere where it is appreciated. Keep your bucks, poor customer service, and subpar...

He didnt have a name tag on but it's the guy that has the speech impairment I wouldn't recommend anyone to go up there. Not to mention it say on the website for this store that it cost 0.09 for a black and white copy and they charged me way over that I got 195 copies and payed right at 43$ when it was supposed to be like 20$ I don't appreciate you over charging me just because you didn't want to do your job cause it was almost getting off time. And be4 you go saying no I didn't over you here the math 195×.09=$17.55 now if you didnt over charge me why did I pay over 40 buck for my copies. I will be calling a manager today and talking to them I sure hope they get this resolved. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what but he didn't have to treat me and my husband the...
Read moreI took a book here to get spiral bound, and was told that I had to sign a waiver because the process can mess up the book. That SHOULD have been a red flag to go elsewhere, but I proceeded anyway. Fun Fact: They wouldn't need the waiver at all if people were properly trained. 3/4 of an inch was cut off the spine, so combined with the hole punching that meant text was missing. You only need to cut about 1/8 of an inch off of a paperback book in order to bind it. You are also supposed to adjust to hole puncher so that you don't have "half-holes" at the edges of the paper, which wasn't done. My book is usable, but I had to consult a colleague's copy of the book for some of the lost...
