This is the worst place to spend the type of money you spend to buy a car from. I bought my husband a Kraton a year ago. I came to the shop over a month ago now and had some work done on it, we explained to them what needed to be repaired they replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced after we explained and showed them what needed to be replaced I paid for it anyway and the labor cost. My husband went to pick his car up it now have missing screws, which seems to me they are taring it up, then when I explain to the women that works there that I'm tired of paying for parts that we did not tell them to replace, that I'm not going to keep giving them money for a job I have paid for more then once to be repaired and it's still not repaired and now they have taken screws off and taring up the car. Really? I will never recommend anyone to deal with this company ever if you are thinking about it please think again because the people that works at this location don't know what they are doing to repair your car they will tare it up worse then what you brought it in there shop, lesson learned never again will I give this company another dime out of my pocket. Today on a warm day, my Slash 4x4 Ultimate hit 55mph without a pinyon change. Warm battery, cool ESC. You can purchase all of this here at this shop, Traxxas has an agreement that all shops have a pretty flat price on MSRP. 18 months ago, someone suggested the Slash Ultimate 4x4, I had to save for a while but now I get it. The employees here care a lot about the hobby and won't upsell you for no reason. Everything in this review, you can purchase at this shop, give them a day notice. I showed up and asked for 'random upgrades.' The Slash Ultimate doesn't need any really, you can buy that car here as well. I expressed interest in just buying a tire or miscellaneous upgrades, he didn't upsell me, he showed me what they had available and helped me pick some items which I was very happy with. They didn't upsell me, they had enthusiasm for Traxxas, this is a great shop, please visit and buy locally, it's the same price. He even told me to bash my Traxxas for a bit before buying a LOSI. I will buy everything I need HERE, LOCALLY.

The store is absolutely great! I’ve been coming here for almost 15 years now.I went in to check out some r/c and gunpla because I haven’t been there in awhile. The only problem I had was with the young employee that wears the hat with the bent brim. At first he was very helpful but when I started to make my selections, he became very condescending. Judging what kind of nippers I chose, asking my girlfriend while I was away if I even had the right stuff at home to build and if even know what I’m doing. He tried extremely hard to sway my decision of the brand of items I bought to buy what he used. All in all he sounded like a know it all and his way was the only right way. I plan on coming back soon to make a new r/c purchase and maybe a few more gunpla kits, but I’m definitely going to avoid that employee...
