I throughly enjoy a good hot made to order as you've requested Domino's 🍕. It's clear that I enjoy their products being that I place an order minimally once every month and up to 3-4 times per month. I can order from only one Domino's being that it's the closest to my house at 1616 Government street Mobile, AL 36606. This is but by no means the staff of this Domino's first or second error, it's there fifth however this is my first Google Review being it's made public now.. I honestly didn't want to do a negative review but this last order could not be helped (I was LIVID!!!!!) Of the many mistakes I have only asked to be compensated for an order of wings and the manager, Bria did in a very well, professional and mannered way (thank you again.) Nonetheless on this most recent order items were left off and missing from the order. I'm tired of spending my money and constantly not get my food the way I've asked and paid for, for it to be made to be enjoyable to myself and my family and all the items ordered and paid for to be accounted for. Despite the five orders not being correct or corrected I still do and did tip very generously, ($6.00 on an $11.00 bill.) I'm VERY PARTICULAR about my food (I don't eat much but when I do I want to enjoy it as I ordered it and to receive a complete, accurate and accounted for order. Domino's staff, none of you would have allowed me to only pay for a portion of the meal (not without prior approval and/or good reason(s,) you'd want every dime owed to you for my bill, as you should. If the pizza girl actually takes down your order as you've told it to her (repeatedly for accuracy) and the kitchen staff reads and comprehends the order accurately and precisely my fellow pizza goers you should end up with a FABULOUS chain pizza. In my opinion Domino's ingredients are unmatched by many (chain pizzerias) and only out done by a few (non-chain pizzerias.) When I called Nicholas explained, that's how they come, and ALL PHOTOS ARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, and there's nothing he can do. He was so rude as he screamed in my ear, and there was no apology for serving food that didn't look like the photos. When I arrived to return them, Nicholas... THE MANAGER was out on a delivery MAKING EXTRA MONEY IN TIPS as an all black staff was running the restaurant. He left someone else in charge, and a refund was given however, the fact that they both said that THEY DO NOT MAKE THEIR FOOD AS PICTURED IS A HUGE PROBLEM! I recorded the encounter and took pictures bc this is unacceptable! PLEASE ORDER WINGS AND IF THEY AREN'T SERVED AS PICTURED... RETURN THEM! As you can see, my wings had 1 squirt of hot sauce as the pictures had them COMPLETELY TOSSED in sauce! How is this allowed and acceptable?Stop allowing these Billion Dollar companies STEAL our money and get away with it! Read morePizza was delivered in a soaking wet box full of grease from the bread bowl on top filled with chicken alfredo. My mom was starving 79 years old and had at least one piece of pizza. When I called up there to tell them I wanted a refund they said that since a piece of pizza have been eaten but they could not refund it. The whole stove top and oven is a mess because of this. This has ruined the night I'm starving because of this. I will never order from this Domino's ever again. That was some of the rudest customer service ever. The manager whoever I talked to also try to make it to where I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to food whenever I know quality. I wouldn't work behind the scenes of Food Network if that was the case. Whomever, was on staff for tonight should be reprimanded for how they treated a customer.
