Krystal — Restaurant in Mobile

1 star for the dining area 1 star for the women bathroom. I cant give a star on politeness because of the unpleasant feeling from the staring manager on duty at 2p.m.(.she has time to cleanup that nasty kitchen instead of watching customers) Let's begin

Krystal is not a safe place to eat. Always look at the scorecard on the wall and read it. Some employees do not have food handlers cards to even work on the premises. The thermostats are not in its proper places such as freezers and refrigerators. Food left out pass its serving time The preparation tables in the kitchen are dirty. It is so much written on their scorecard you can not read it all. Some Writing are covered by frame holder. If you saw the cooking area ,no way you would eat there. The dining area is very very clean. Women bathroom clean. Men bathroom filthy. no toilet paper or paper towels,disgusting.

Sidenote: (never understood the spelling of thru in the word drive thru,but whatever)

Most people will NEVER see the inside of the kitchen of krystals ON government street Mobile, Alabama or read their scorecard, This review is for those people

The only person that will be friendly towards you is that one person serving you. The other employees will make eye contact with you and stare at you including the manager in her black uniform trimmed in gold. Unpleasant feeling to their customers..You can literally feel the dislike of their job as soon as you come through the doors.

Scorecard is in the 80 range,not good,especially for the reasons of why they are in the 80 range but it is passable to stay open.

Phone locator asked me to review the places i have been; since they are tracking the hell out of me, i decided to answer the question asked about krystal on government street, Mobile Alabama. Nothing personal, I don't know any of these people, just the simple truth. If the question was not asked by my phone locator on my daily walk around the city, I probably would have written nothing. Being as honest as I can...

Crystals does not have fast food at this point. fire everyone in our robots human beings no longer care about customer service, doing things in a timely manner. I ordered food an hour ago it is disgusting that people can't have the proper staff, have the proper people and pay them a decent wage. it is unfortunate that we all are suffering through this but it appears as if there's no way to fix it. no one takes pride in their job anymore. there are no bonuses for doing the right things. there are no commissions for selling the right amount of food. the only person that makes all the money is the store manager and probably the franchisee. You should never under any circumstances take an hour to get six crystals and two apple turnovers also one thing of tea the lines are so long it's infuriating. why even have a line.set up a designated parking area so people who are getting stuff that is not difficult to make can have you walk outside and get the food. if you think this is too dangerous then put in a window like rallies a thick bullet one a safe one and pay people bonuses for doing the right things. pay them bonuses for being on time. this is egregious. Give your employees commission for doing the right things or fire everyone in higher robots that is your only option. everyone is getting wise to the prices. everyone is about to start buying groceries a lot of restaurants are going to go out of business...

Very slow service waited 15 minutes just to get nothing I order, very poor customer service staff was rude and disreputable they acted like they didn't even wanted to take my order at the window after I had placed it and was told to drive up to the window, my order wasn't even repeated to me and they didn't tell me how much it was so after 15 minutes of waiting in line there was only 3 cars ahead of me after I got to the window 15 minutes later I had found out that my order wasn't even taken when I asked why I was told to pull up if you didn't have my order she said to me are you going to order something or what and when I asked her to speak with the manger she said she is too busy to talk to you and that I need to hurry up and order so I left it was a total waste of my time. Love the food but not how I was treated at this location I understand that they have to cook the food to order and I'm good with that it just the attitudes they had and not having my order ready...
